I love the unique shirt (Zip Code). I ordered two and looked forward to them. The shirt itself is a quality shirt. What disappointed me was that it appears the machine used to press the numbers and letters can be seen on the shirt. There is a noticeable square outline from the machine around the numbers and words that will not go away. If it is not from the press machine I dont know what else it could be but it shouldnt be there.

Also, to those who order, please keep in mind this is a darker Grey shirt and it is best to choose lighter colors for your Zip Code and text. I ordered a darker color for the text on one of the shirts (green) and it is hard to see against the Grey. The lighter the color for your numbers and texts, the better you will see it against the grey. If you read other reviews, you will see one or two similar observations about the colors, too. I won't be able to wear the shirts I bought for the events I needed them for, but maybe to workout in, but that's it. I expected more and better.

None. My Zip code shirt cannot be refunded due to personalization.

No place to put discount code I was given to sign up. Do not offer a 20% discount if you do not give a place to use it! Taxes, shipping and handling was almost another $20! My discount would have at least covered that... IF i could have used it!

Everything I ordered showed less expensive prices. Very deceiving. If I didn't love the items I am not sure I would order again. If I missed a coupon, it sure was not in plain site! The 20% off does not appear till next order. That is also very deceiving!! Not good people!

Website needs much improvement! There is no back button so I had to go to the menu after viewing the product to view a list of what I was looking at again. Also I attempted to pay several times to PayPal and the pop up for PayPal would never load so I could log into my account so I could use PayPal to pay. Checking out took me at least 15 minutes and I was about to give up but the shirts are cute!

I was confused as the promo that I responded to stated the shirt was 14.97. Then when I selected it, it came up as 17.97 in my shopping cart. Add on the $6.95 shipping.....which honestly seems like a lot for one t-shirt and my total is almost $10.00 more than advertised price.
You're selling to teachers....you should be more upfront than that!!!! I'm disappointed as I was planning on ordering them for my entire team....but I probably won't now.

I've emailed two different times on 2 different orders and not gotten any kind of reply. The first I wanted to return a shirt. Nothing was ever received, yet when I looked at my account, after the time to return it, it says it was returned. The second was last week after I received my order I had a code that I thought said 40% off site wide yet my order did ot reflect that. Again, no response. Ot sure if I'll ever order from them again. It seems that as long as you got my money you're done..

I was very disappointed with a shipping issue I had with Tees2urdoor. According to the tracking information I received the original delivery barcode was faulty and had to be replaced. After that, the shirts made it to my state (PA), but never went out for delivery. They were then transferred all the way back to Texas, and then sent out again and finally made it back to Pennsylvania.

When I emailed customer service, and I included the complete tracking report, I was told that once the package leaves the company it is all on the shipper and they have nothing to do with it. They asked me for a better delivery address, ignoring the fact that the one I supplied was correct, I didn't put on the incorrect barcode. When the package was returned to Tees2urdoor I would have expected them to ship it out by a quicker method, but that didn't happen. And no adjustment was made for shipping costs as I expected.

I understand that all of shipping cannot be controlled, but I would have thought customer service would at least try to help figure out what happened and how to make it right. Instead they insisted it had nothing to do with them.

Not recommended.

I have ordered several shirts from you and have been very happy with them. I recently ordered a shirt that was so ridiculously oversized. I returned it and was given a partial refund. So, I had to pay $5.50 to ship it to me in the first place, $7 to ship it back, $5.50 on shipping for a new product to use my PARTIAL credit since you only offer exchanges. That shirt that was sized wrong has been a big expense and I will therefore never order from this site again. Especially with the partial refund. That is ridiculous! I am a teacher and will not recommend your site to my teacher friends.

trouble with check out
I tried to pay for my order at least 10 times, via my debit/credit card and through paypal. I was given an error message, service not available at this time or something similar. I did send an email to which I received a response and was directed to try payment again. I did and was unable to make it work at that time as well.
Eventually, the system was working correctly. However this was several days later which meant that my order was not here as quickly as I would have liked.
Every other aspect of my order, was great, love the shirts!
