Ordered three t-shirts from this company and all of them are now being used as cleaning rags. The print quality was absolute garbage; blurry, dark, muddy images with heavy pixilation and zero contrast. Of course on the website these shirts were crystal clear. Customer Rep was nice about refunding the money but that's not the point. If you are going to sell shirts that look like they were printed in a basement in the projects then you literally deserve to have dog $#*! smeared in your face. I am so sick and tired of all these scammers on the internet. Negative 3 stars.

I ordered a funny Tee shirt for my wife. It took about three weeks to arrive, but I received three emails about status during that time. When the Tee arrived my wife laughed at the slogan. The shirt is printed well and of decent quality. It does run small so the me3dium didn't work. Tee Public immediately agreed to exchange it for a large. The new order was processed the same day..

Bought a face mask and wish it had fit but the elastic did not go comfortably behind my ears. Requested a replacement but since it was the biggest they had, I was issued a refund. Would have gladly shipped items back but they would not let me. Shows me they are a good company by not wanting a used product back that could be contaminated. Thanks for the assistance.

I ordered a nezuko phone case (protective) from hackneydagger and it came out great and quality of case was better than expected. I will say it is a little pricey and wish there had been more of a description between the different types of cases. Also shipping bounced that price even higher but it was worth it.

The shirts I bought were awesome, great selection and a wonderful way to help artists.

The quality of the shirt print looked good but after a few washes the print started cracking, bubbling and fading. So buyer beware, you can have an awesome shirt, but you have to add a little more effort in your washing routine.

Washing instructions:
Turn inside out
Wash on the coldest water setting
Use a gentle detergent
Hang dry (do NOTput these in the dryer)

Other than that the customer service is the best, extremely helpful and very kind.

Original order of Medium T-shirt came up very much smaller than expected (recommend going at least one size larger). Problem acknowledged and addressed very quickly with a replacement despatched next day. Excellent customer service; and the t-shirt is great.

I ordered an XL shirt that ran very small. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. They offered to send me the shirt in a larger size, per my request, and also told me I did not need to return the small one. Shipping is taking some extra time, but that is understandable during these times. I am pleased that my problem was easily resolved.

I ordered 2 t-shirts, all in Large, but 3 of 4 measured 21" across and not 22", so they were too small. I contacted them and they sent XL replacements free of charge and told me to keep the originals. Excellent service, good quality, but unfortunately the XLs are way too big. At least I've got both sizes for if I lose/gain weight!

I ordered couple of thirsts and the size was not ok. I contact4ed customer service and they replied within 1 hour or 2. I was truly impressed. They will send the right size for the t-shirts and said I can keep the ones I already have.
The prints on the t-shirts are really nice! Fabric of the t-shirts is a little light but it's all good. I also think it's really cool that they support indie artists!

Customer service is great- I received a faulty t-shirt where the printed graphic was not centered and they were quick to apologize and send me a replacement shirt. I love how there are so many fun designs and it's easy to search designs you want (for example- I've been looking for mostly Disney parks related graphics). The colors within the printed graphics do fade a bit even after just one wash so keep that in mind.

I stumbled across some hard to find memorabilia from my military days and jumped on it.
The quality seems good, medium weight tee and hoodie. Not loving the fact the hoodie is made in El Salvador and the tee in Mexico, (Booo) then distributed from GA, USA but I'll give them a pass since the customer service was excellent and the shipping was pretty quick. I was sent the wrong size hoodie, and they did not hesitate to reprint the correct size and resend new item at no charge. They even let me keep the mistaken item to avoid any hassle of returning, which i will happily gift to a family member. It's a pleasure knowing that there are some online companies that do the right thing for their customers and you can buy from them with confidence.
Keep up the good work, and maybe jump on the made in the USA stuff?

We ordered a special shirt for my son for Christmas and it took awhile to get here. I emailed the company to question the arrival date and didn't hear back for over a week. When they did respond they emailed several times to see if we had received our order and if they could be any assistance. The shirt arrived in time for Christmas but it was too small. I attempted to do an exchange online but my order number and email address didn't match so I had to email them. They were quick to respond and help me and ended up sending me a replacement T-shirt with the right size without having to return the too small one. We are gifting the smaller shirt to a fire fighter that loves Chick-fil-A too :) I have been scammed in the past by online merchants and was so happy to have a happy ending to this experience! Thank you TeePublic for sorting this out with me and making it right!

Let me start off by saying they messed up my order. Sent one shirt in the wrong color and another one I didn't even order. The silver lining of this is that the customer service was outstanding! I sent them a email and they responded within a day and corrected the order! I didn't have to send anything back or even deal with waiting on a refund! They told me to keep the wrong shirt and they sent me the missing shirt for free!

I ordered a T-shirt and the shipper, not TeePublic, lost it. TeePublic immediately offered to replace it. After I told TeePublic to wait while I inquired with the shipper, TeePublic would check with me to confirm delivery. The moment I told TeePublic that shipper had not come through they replaced my shirt with upgraded shipping at no cost to me. I didn't have to ask or contact them. They took the initiative.

Tee public is a good site overall. Prices are great, and quality is excellent. But apparently they are using some sketchy shipping providers. I live an hour north of Atlanta GA. My package has been in Atlanta for a week, and the tracking hasn't been updated since the 17th. Absolutely inexcusable.

I ordered some T-shirts that were delivered to the UK for my brother's birthday. His T-shirts were great in fit and quality, but mine came up a bit on the big side (even though I checked sizes on the model in the picture). I emailed TeePublic about this and they replied super fast and processed an exchange immediately.
Best customer service I've had in a long time!

I finally did get my shirts, the quality of the shirt itself is awesome and they are probably the most comfortable that I own, the printing and art turned out great as well. The people that run their customer service are great, but Ilthe system they use and timeliness of response leave a lot to be desired. All in all, I will probably give it another try once COVID is settled and maybe those problems will be solved.

Ordered shirts from the website 3 months ago, everything went as planned until they "shipped" my shirt. At this point it has been well over 20 days and I have nothing, and since they use the cheapest shipping option, there is no help from either USPS or UPS. They have also not responded to an email inquiry for over a week now. I have a feeling that I will not be seeing my money or my shirts at any point. I would strongly recommend finding a local custom printer and supporting them rather than trusting this company that seems to have a reputation (as far as I've seen on the web) of failing to deliver and disregarding their customers.

The first time I ordered, my ordered thing wasn't arrived. Because the address I put in the order sheet somehow changed on the way... I asked the customer service team of Tee Public. They found the reason why my parcel can't arrive. After that, they sent it again as soon as possible. Finally the parcel safely arrived in 2020.
It was a little bit disappointed the print was a little bit out of position.
But it is no problem! I satisfied with the Tee Public service! Thanks for everyone!

The bad- every item in our order had quality issues! Wow, so unfortunate and unexpected as we had previously sent gifts using them and many friends order from them and never a bad experience. I was definitely discouraged and disappointed- but they worked very hard to make it right!
The good- Tee Public actively worked to fulfill their guarantee, going beyond what I asked for and processing refunds, returns, and exchanges and encouraged donation of items to spread the goodness. Always polite and helpful.
The details- stickers were not the quality I would expect based off images and descriptions and likely won't order more, the designs are super cool, but the print quality (looked like home ink printer- ie graphic on Christmas letter, pale, pixelated/grainy) just didn't hold up to similarly priced stickers from sites like Etsy and not something I would feel comfortable giving someone to put on a long-term item like a laptop or journal etc; instant refund. A magnet was smaller than described and off-center printing, though image quality was great- Tee Public reached out to the artist to correct print issues and replace, when they were unable to do so (replacement was sent without any corrections), refunded purchase price even though I said I did not need that. 1 shirt was reprinted as colors were slightly off and streaking where the ink didn't set and looks 100 times better- super pleased. Another was "off" due to the art file unfortunately, so they let us pick any different design. I made a typo in my reply (screenshot was of correct shirt type, but I typed the wrong wording) which led to them sending a more expensive shirt than what we had originally ordered- which fit differently and was too small. Even with that they honored their Holy Shirt guarantee and replaced that one with the correct shirt type and size, and said spread the happiness.
Takeaways: I was so stressed because the order was all gifts for people who are hard to find gifts for. It was a bit bumpy, but ultimately Tee Public made sure I didn't have to pay for anything that wasn't gift-worthy and restored some skeptical faith that a business is actually truthful about their guarantees and methods and really do care about spreading smiles. They made sure I was in at least as good if not better standing as I would have been if everything had come thru perfect on the order. Extremely pleased and will order again in the future.
It definitely feels odd that Tee Public doesn't have reviews or photos function on their main page- it would have been nice to see some actual products because I know digital doesn't always translate exactly, but that might just be an operating cost that isn't consistent with having such fantastic customer support resources and the thousands of designs and product options.

Tip for consumers:
They have descriptions of the fabric types for the T-shirt, it is important to know that can change based on shirt sizing within the same shirt type. As do the measurements for fit- so make sure you are doing that specific to the type of shirt you want to order- ie a L Heavyweight does not fit similar to a L Premium, but they have unit specific sizing guides.
Product sizing for Magnets, stickers is approximate even though it doesn't say that, the finished item will be close, but not exact.

I ordered two t-shirts in December. They arrived today and one was the incorrect size and colour (lovely quality t-shirts though)! I emailed customer support, who were back to me within 5 minutes. After providing the requested photos showing the incorrect item, they'd offered an apology and confirmed a request had been raised for a reprint to be done/dispatched. All sorted within the hour. Very happy with the service and would use again.
(Photo may look like the t-shirt was fine, but it should have been a grey colour and a large - not medium - fit. This one wouldn't last my son very long at all!)

I ordered a shirt that was labeled as a kids but when I received it, it was actually an adult size. After a week of waiting for a response from customer service, I finally heard back from TeePublic. They didn't ask for the original shirt to be mailed back or even ask questions, they simply put the new, correct shirt in the mail. I was upset at first because I had not heard from anyone but the immediate shipment of my new shirt has made me a little happier. I just wish I could have t in time for Christmas like I had planned. As least I have the original shirt as a placeholder.
Also, the shirt that I did get looks awesome. My kiddo will love it, and now we both have one!

I ordered a variety of shirts and designs (I appreciated the various types of T-shirt options and really like the feeling of the softer ones) and the overall quality seems good, though time will really tell... I used the size analysis offered on the site and thus the shirts arrived in sizes according to what I expected. One of the wider neck longer sleeve T's I ordered had a blurry print, maybe partially because of the fabric? Customer service was very quick to respond and ship out a new shirt to me. I look forwarding to receiving it and time-testing all the shirts I ordered. Great designs!

Ordered my teeshirt in July and received it in Australia in September. I ordered a medium brown teeshirt with a Sandeman print. The teeshirt was a good fit, particularly in the shoulders and a nice dark brown colour. I really like my teeshirt it bought back happy memories of a holiday in Spain so for me worth the amount I spent on it.

Ordered and received a tee shirt in size I normally use, XL. Delivery was somewhat slow, probably three weeks. Tee shirt received was too small to be comfortable or meet their dimensional sizing on the website. I contacted them and the exchange process was exceptional. No glitches and was immediately informed a replacement would be sent out with no need to return the original shirt. Was told these typically run undersize so ordered a 2XL. Delivery of the replacement also took quite a while, about 2 1/2 weeks.
Shirt is fine, delivery a bit slow, customer service and return exceptional.
