Ordered three t-shirts from this company and all of them are now being used as cleaning rags. The print quality was absolute garbage; blurry, dark, muddy images with heavy pixilation and zero contrast. Of course on the website these shirts were crystal clear. Customer Rep was nice about refunding the money but that's not the point. If you are going to sell shirts that look like they were printed in a basement in the projects then you literally deserve to have dog $#*! smeared in your face. I am so sick and tired of all these scammers on the internet. Negative 3 stars.

Ordered four tee shirts almost TWO months ago. Company gave my shipping and 10 percent of my order back after filing a complaint with Better business bureau was when I received a response. Still now shirts supposed to be here today and they have been sent by ups to a post office in another state. Horrible customer service horrible shipping. The worst company to have ever ordered from. Their designs are top notch and they look really cool, but they do not fulfill their part of the deal. They took my money and still waiting almost two months later. DO NOT RECOMEND

The products, specifically masks, they show online look nothing like the product you receive. I waited weeks for them to respond to my initial email pointing out their misrepresentations, and now it has been weeks since I've received a response. At least acknowledge that you made a mistake... Total garbage, do not support these scammers.

After 3 weeks of sending emails to *******@teepublic.com and *******@teepublic.com, as suggested by the guy from Teepublic who wrote here, I did not get a single answer from them.
My outstanding artist earnings still have not been paid, despite what is written in the terms of their Services Agreement. Is therefore TeePublic a scam?
I will update this review if things change.

My Teepublic account has been suspended for violation of the terms. I acknowledge that a few of my designs might have been questionable because of some reference to existing copyrighted works. Nothing stolen in any case, just slight references, and the majority of my designs were totally original. However, I have always followed Teepublic instructions and never reuploaded those few designs that they noticed me had to remove.
The point is that, after the account suspension, they have not paid my outstanding artist earnings: about 250$. This despite what is written in item 8, section 3 of their terms and conditions on the termination of the Services Agreement. How come?

"8.2 TeePublic may give notice of termination of this Services Agreement to you in writing at any time.
8.3 After notice of termination in the manner described in either clause 8.1 or 8.2, you authorize us to complete any transactions in progress in relation to your products, which we will do on the terms of this Services Agreement. Termination of this Services Agreement will take effect once these transactions have been completed."

I ordered a T-shirt from them about a month ago after some time had passed I received an email stating that my shirt had shipped and would be there by the end of the day on a certain date. It never came and for weeks the delivery status never updated I was forced to email them saying I never got my shirt. Days after I emailed them I finally received my shirt. Once I opened my package to look at my shirt I saw nothing but poor quality! The shirt is paper thin and worst of all the lettering is extremely blurry! I'll never buy from them again!

Just received the shirt I ordered as a gift. I went two sizes larger and ordered an XL (for a Medium sized woman), as was recommended. What came was a shirt that was too small for even my slim 11 year old and completely inappropriate sizing for an adult. There's no stretch in the material and it feels very cheaply made. I'm hoping I can salvage something from it, but it's most likely a lost cause. What a disappointing waste of money.

They owe me $1500 and deleted my account and will not respond with any proof of what I did wrong. It says in their terms and conditions that they will let you know what takedown request and let you dispute. Here is my question... If my design violated their terms and conditions in December how do they think they don't owe me for items sold in November?
If you notice it will be the same reply from Stephen telling me to read the terms and conditions and contact them if I dispute. Which is a revolving door since I've obviously done that!

Cheap shirts and low commission. They will be out of business soon

After emails and emails of trying to change the size of a shirt I ordered they literally replied with this.
"Sorry for the confusion, but that design is no longer available at all let alone any sizing."
This being said they literally sold me something they didn't have. I only want that one shirt. Paid a fortune to find out after weeks of waiting that they don't even have it. I don't want another shirt I just want what I ordered, that seems fair. Very upset.

I ordered shirts 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for 2 to be printed and shipped. The third was sent but lost in SLC. There is no way to contact customer service, except by email. They gave me a UPS tracking number but actually shipped the product to the USPS who can't find it.

Bottom line, you can buy these shirts offshore for the same quality with less shipping time

Bought Cool Math Games sweatshirt from site. With shipping, cost $50. Already peeling and cracking after 2 washes. It was turned inside out during washing, and never put in dryer, and this happened after only 2 times in the washing machine. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I contacted the site for a replacement. I'll update this review if they respond decently.

Update: they sent me a replacement quickly. I don't think it will hold up any better though. Good customer service, questionable quality.

I would give zero stars if I could. They don't deserve 1 star. I ordered 2 shirts, may 27th 2020, received July 3rd. Never was processed correctly so I couldn't track it. Still says processed and waiting but it came in the mail today. Customer service is terrible. I open the package and the first is the correct picture but waay too big. 2 sizes bigger than I ordered. 2nd shirt was not even the shirt I ordered and looks like it'll fit my 10 yr old. There's lines through the pictures. Very disappointed with them.

Borderline criminal the quality that this company is putting out. I swear a scanned heat pressed decal at home would produce a better product- after reading the reviews, at least I don't feel so bad in that everyone gets the same result- absolute garbage product delivered months after you order. Wish I would have read these reviews before hand. Someone should shut these a**holes down cause it sounds like they are burning everybody.

Ordered a shirt 12/27and states that order to arrive 5- 7 business days. We are 1/5 and my order can not be tracked due to Innovations their shipping company. Last I knew my order was in texas then went to Arizona and been there since has not departed. I will never order from this site and please for anyone thinking of ordering from this site really reconsider your order and look elsewhere for you will be just as frustrated and angry as lots of people are. I should of looked at reviews prior to order! Do not order from here

One month later an my "in stock" tshirt finally shipped! Unbelievable, very disappointed. Was purchased as a present three weeks early now it might arrive two weeks late. These people wonder why Amazon has most of the online business. Reliability and customer service and Two day delivery. What on earth are these people thinking?

Their marketing is killer, and whoever runs their website is doing a great job. The CCP virus is the excuse they needed. I understand fully that things take time, and have been cool for quite a while. I ordered on April 25,2020 and they've been printing my shirts for almost a month now. Maybe that's why everyone else's order is delayed. Hopefully they can get it together, cause when you email them, you get the generic BS answers that evade your questions. For instance "... most orders are shipping within about 5 business days later than usual, though on very rare occasions it may take a few weeks." Only problem is they don't tell you how long "usual" is. Is it 5 days to a few weeks later than one month? One year? Should I expect them this year or should I consider it an investment into TeePublic as part of their next stimulus check? I feel bad for the artists who make these great designs, then giving it to these turkeys to just ruin people's opinions of the printing company who is supposed to be "supporting artists" with their shady business practices. Try to get it together instead of constantly putting out fires. There's a lot of people who love the designs and enjoy supporting artists.

Tip for consumers:
Look for your designs elsewhere. Check out the total, shipping, and taxes on shipping before you commit.

I started my own shop and within 24 hours my account was deleted because "I violated the terms and conditions". Though all of my designs were made by me so there's no issue with copyright infringement. I emailed TeePublic a few times to see if we can get the issue cleared up and resolved and it went without a simple response.

Iʼm leaving review like designer. Minus of Teepublic: 1. They have low margin of profit youʼll get. 2) they can delete your account any time they want. If you even ask them why did you delete my account they donʼt even answer. Donʼt waste your time with this company. I had more than 1000 designs and now all of them gone. Now i really regret that i wasted to so much time for getting so low profit margin and especially loosing my account. So i donʼt recommend it.

I was very disappointed upon receiving my order today. The shirt fibers show through the ink badly, which means it would not withstand more than one or two washings. The colors look faded and it appears as if they were skimping on the ink used. It's terrible and I will be returning it immediately. I tried posting a picture but obviously the file was too large, which I don't quite understand with it being a single picture.

Tip for consumers:
Be weary of cheap products with skimpy ink used for printing.

I purchased 7 T Shirts for my black Friday shopping crew. The $#*!s I got we're in children sizes. 3 sizes too small. If you wear a medium order a Xl. My niece is a small and the large is very tight on her. These were Christmas Gifts. I am truly disappointed. It is very hard to get in touch with anyone to get this corrected. No number listed just an email address.

I bought a tee shirt as a sole Christmas gift for my daughters boyfriend. I had no recourse but to gift him this piece of garbage. The design and graphic quality was very good. It doesn't matter when it is printed in single ply toilet paper thin material. You can see thru the material. Very disappointed.

Purchased shirt on 4/16/20. Received confirmation of order. Money has been withdrawn from my checking. I click "Oder Status" & fill out the "Find My Order" info. It comes back with order can't be found. I've emailed customer service 2x's so far with absolutely NO RESPONSE. I've already filed a SCAM business complaint with the BBB. Unfortunately, I'll never see the shirt or get my money back!

Don't bother, ordered a t-shirt which turned out to be way too small. Tried several times to use the "exchange" facility on their website which just keeps crashing and giving error messages. Tried contacting their customer support but TeePublic continuously ignoring my emails. Do not use! Terrible customer service experience

The imitation leather jackets are of poor quality, cheaper printing, are chemically toxic. Dealer does not take back goods. Very dubious!

This outfit does NOT stand behind its work. I got lousy items that were defective, and the company asked for photos and then disappeared. I had to get my credit card company involved, and even then no response. Do NOT pay for this stuff, because if the printing looks lousy, etc., you will never see a refund.
