Teelaza

Ordered a $37 tshirt because I really wanted the print. It's been six weeks and it's still "in progress." I've emailed support multiple times with my order info, yet I've gotten nothing from them. I'm quite certain I've been completely ripped off. Don't order from this company. It's a nightmare. Really wish I would have read reviews first.

I placed anorder June 9 - have never received it! Emails to support are worthless - the reply is an automated answer asking for details. I've sent the 'details'; many times - back comes the same automtic reply.
They are not answering their phones to halt the spread of the virus! It is now spread over phone lines. I have blasted them on FACEBOOK - reported them to the FTC. Of course, they took the $70 our of my credit card immediately.

This company is $#*!, they soak me for 100$ and then hide behind the covid epidemic, lie about shipping, tell me they can't cancel because my product is in production, yet they can't start production because the shortage in supplies, which is it?

I ordered a pair of clogs & had to go to pay pal. Then they sent me a tracking number. So after a week I checked it & I thought it was moving because I ordered something else. Well I matched the number & it was another package. So then I looked closer at their tracking number,they sent the tracking number but they never sent the package. So now I have to find the button on PayPal so they will refund my money. If I wouldn't of read some reviews I would of never checked. I should of checked first but I was so excited. I'm clad I used papal though. So if you read this teezala is a scam they never intend to send you shoes, they just keep your money. 12/19/22

I ordered two shirts from teelaza.com. One of them has a misspelling in it (see photo attached). When I requested a refund I was told that is how it was on the website and so I could not receive a refund. Instead of them correcting their error, it seems they are going to continue to knowingly sell the shirt with an error on it and rip people off because people won't be able to get a refund for it.

Another person said they expected a wine glass T-shirt with a Christmas red hat and red "glitz" similar to the picture. The reality was a dull brown/orange color. No reply when I complained and demanded a new one by Christmas.

They took my husband's money without giving an order number or an email confirmation. There is no way to contact anyone... they will not return our emails. I'm afraid he's been ripped off.

I ordered three shirts when I received them the print quality was poor. Definitely not as advertised on the website. Not able to contact them. They are not interested in giving anyone refund if they are not happy. Never buy off them

I purchased a T-shirt with a glass of wine and a Christmas hat for my wife. On the pictures it looked really bright and glitzy. When it arrived the t-shirt wasn't bright and glitzy just dull, nothing special and for how much I paid I expected so much more. Extremely disappointed

I tried ordering a print using PayPal as payment. Before I completed the order my PC screen went blank. I tried ordering again and the exact thing happened. I tried a third time because I really wanted this print. I didn't received any conformation emails or indication that anything had processed, not even from PayPal. 20 minutes later there were 3 confirmation emails from Teelaza. I immediately went to PayPal to cancel two of the duplicate orders. There wasn't the usual option for cancelling a transaction as there always is. Contacting Teelaza is a nightmare. I will be fighting with them about returning the two duplicate prints. I've already spent two days trying to resolve. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
