DO NOT buy anything from this company. I bought a sweatshirt and the decal was horrible, all faded and misaligned, nothing like the picture. I tried to return the item and get my money back, but I was out of the 14-day period. Really bad that they are ok with the quality of the items leaving their company. That shows they only want your money.

Gave 1 star cause I had to. I ordered a poster picture and it was so blurred. I took a picture and sent it to them as proof. Told them I wanted a refund but the sent me another one that was worse. Tried to contact them again to request my money back and got nothing. Tried to go through paypal but they were no help. I later heard that the photo that I ordered was stolen from the original owner of the work. Company is a fraud. Don't understand why their still in business.

First order 5 tee shirts, one item to be shipped later Cyber Pink. Shipped August 31,2021. Not received was informed to complete a claim form. On October 4,2021, Teecozi checked the status of order RL-*******-******* and found that it was currently on-time in production ineligible for a refund. I'm still waiting for the tee shirt.

I received the NFL hoodie and the image was not even centered. It looked like it was printed by a toddler. Because I did not respond within 14 days, this company pretty much told me too bad, so sad and there is nothing they can do. So now I'm stuck with a worthless $50 hoodie.

I ordered 2 shirts on 4/16 in hopes to wear this on mother's day. One shirt arrived by mother's day and I was able to give it as a gift. However, the other shirt was just shipped 6/22. I received the shirt and I am unable to read the words. Unacceptable! I am not pleased with the timeframe or the work. Terrible!

I purchase 4 items. The T-shirt materials was hard and faded. One item was not true to size. I tried to return items, customer service phone number does not work, input order number online and it states that it's not valid, and tried to email the company three times and was told that my return deadline had expired. I'm out of my $$, stuck with these defective shirts, and no resolution with this company. Don't waste your $$$!

I placed an order for two posters but only received ONE (very poor quality picture) without any explanation as to why. I tried to contact the company several times but only 2 options are available-1 to check the status of order-2 to modify order-NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A INDIVIDUAL. I also sent an email/claim to which they responded by advising me to file ANOTHER claim. POOR customer service- POOR Quality products. I will be reaching out to my banking institution to file a fraudulent claim.

I purchased a Teacher Tshirt and poster on July 21 and spent $47.33 I still haven't received my items. I've called, emailed, put in several claims and escalated on paypal. But they reached out to me. Promised to reprocess my order so I step back because I thought they'd keep their word. What a crock of dog doo! This company sucks and I need to know how do I get them shutdown? Its evil to offer a nice product you lie about being delivered. You send false DHL tracking numbers that cant be found on the official DHL site. These bastards got a good scam going. All their customers are victims. They will never get my business EVER AGAIN! This company get o star negative points from me. I keep emailing them and they keep sending me an email on what to do next. But at this point I dont see me ever receiving my purchase. Shame on you lying Teecozi scammers!

DO NOT BUY from them! The poster I received is obviously a print of a photograph of original artwork someone else created. The quality is HORRIBLE.

Teecozi.com is a fraudulent website that is selling stolen artwork from artists and designers. Do not order from them. Others and I have informed them to remove our artwork from them and they have refused. Please avoid and buy from the real artists! The screenshot below is artwork stolen from Domonique Brown who sells her artwork on domoink.com.

Received my hoodie today 1. 29. 2022... I. only is the wording not centered... but there is a big stain on the hoodie. Of course the line is busy for hours. So you can't speak with anyone.

They give you the runaround about problems. They sent the wrong size and won't fix the problem. Run fast away from this company.

I ordered a tee shirt from them, the sent me the wrong shirt with someone else's dog on it. I contacted them, mind you. They have no customer service phone contact, everything is by e-mail and they assured me they would send me a corrected shirt, that was 6 weeks ago and still no shirt. Every time I contact them by Email I get the same generated response. My shirt is in production and will be sent out shortly. DO NOT ORDER from these people. I have requested my money back and there response is they are unable to do that

Do not purchase from TeeCozi. Terrible customer service! They double charged me for an order and won't issue a refund. They told me to go contact my bank instead. Incredibly disappointed.

This site allows stolen designs to be posted/sold/mass produced without any regard to original designs or artwork.

Reselling artists work without credit is a no no.
Customer service issues as well, orders placed but not received.
Be careful using this site.

I could have easily taken a photo myself, gone to Kinco's or staples, and had the picture blown up.

I have never made an online purchase this horrible…shirt look like it had been washed 50 times then mailed to me…THE WORST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

I supportingly placed an order and trusted that my purchase would be delivered. To date, I have received only half of the order. One painting! This was supposed to be a surprise as I am redecorating my daughter's room. I patiently followed the instructions and filled a claim form which I was informed via email that someone would be calling me with in 72 hours. It has been more than a week now and today in receive a message stating that my claim was denied. How? Why? Where is my order? Or where is my money?! This is ridiculous and very poor customer service. The lack of communication! UNACCEPTABLE.The distrust that has now been built! I recommend your site to my family and friends!
Now I have to go back on that word as you and your company have proven to be untrustworthy and fraudulent. I cant even get access to your site without a warning coming up 1st. In a time when building trust is of the utmost importance how dare you be so unwilling to follow through with my concern. I am not letting this stop here.
I am but one person but I vow to share this poor business experience with your company every chance I get. Every time I see this company name I will be certain to follow through with an explanation on how one should "NOT" entrust their personal information, their hard earned money, their genuine support or their precious time to TEECOZI Claim - CM-*******-*******

A shop called Wonder Black Girl is operating out of Facebook and Teecozi with my stolen work. They are pretending to own my copyrighted materials and they are even going as far as posting proof of purchase photos they listed off of my Etsy reviews. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS.

I ordered a postal RL-*******-******* / $24.95, and paid for thru Teecozi. After reviewing the message I notice my niece address was incorrect. I immediately sent a message to correct from 2340 NW 1st Street to 2540 NW1st Street. It came back undelivered, I'm requesting that this. E correct and delivered, or submit a refund for the full amount. Thanks, Debra Ellis *******293.

I bought this shirt and I HATE the material. Cheap Tee shirt! I love the design. I would not buy from them anymore!
