My mug was lost in the mail, probably because of Covid. I contacted customer support and the guys were nice enough to order a new one for me.
Beyond the terrible quality, the item is not refundable for dissatisfaction. I will NEVER buy anything from this joint again, and I will bad mouth them every opportunity I get. They need to go out of business.
I ordered a blanket for my daughter at the end of August and the email response told me it would be shipped in 5-10 days. I'm aware goods are taking longer to be shipped at present but it has been 42 days since I ordered and four emails to the company and still no blanket.
I'm giving them two stars and not one because they did refund 10% after my second email where I asked for a personal response, not a generic one and an additional 20% after my fourth email.
But, still no blanket and no change to the status so it still hasn't shipped yet.
I honestly worried it was a scam.
Only order if you don't mind waiting months and chasing the company up with reminders.
I ordered a simple mask 5/12/2020. The tracking is still stuck at printing. This is ridiculous. They immediately took my money but no item. I think that it is a scam and I will not order from them again. All of the other masks that i ordered from other places has arrived a long time ago.
I ordered a shirt meant to be for fathers day. Ordered on June 10th and it has nearly been 3 months fathers day is this weekend and nothing. The order tracking has said destination country since I got it the order confirmation email which was a MONTH after I ordered and only came through after I contacted PayPal. Nothing was stated it was in USD till it was out of my account $46.73 AUD is REDICULOUS. Have requested a refund. Still waiting.
My dad ordered me a shirt back in February, didnt come just until April. The shirt said itll take 2 weeks to come by, and a couple of days to ship. The first 2 weeks there was a blizzard in US, which is understandable. After that, they shipped it. Took, 2 WHOLE months to come, and the tracking number did not even update after it said it got to Chicago, and even after i got my shirt, it still says its in Chicago. I also asked for a replacement of the shirt since it did not move after the chicago update, and they are making a second one right now? Yet I still somehow got my first one, which is even weirder, considering the fact they did not stop its shipment. Please be really careful when ordering from here, the service really does suck, but the shirt quality is ok. We also wanted to ask for a refund at first, but we couldnt get one since it "already shipped". I dont feel like getting anything else from here again at this point

They are adorable, but only for looks. Very cheaply made. The quality is horrible. Does not fit well even after trying to adjust it. I can blow through the mask and feel the air on the opposite side like I am wearing nothing. Don't buy if you expect this to be functional and high quality.

Shirt says Fruit of the Loom but another tag with a hole in it was behind it. Material was very rough. Hope it get better when I wash it with some Downy. The graphics were very washed out. Bad silk screening. Will not buy from them again.
6 weeks, no order. I ordered a pre printed blanket April 28th for father's day gift. June 12th still haven't received.
I ordered a tee shirt for Father's Day on 6/2. As of today, 6/15, it hasn't even been printed. The customer service was efficient and professional and they claim they will refund the $35.00 (I know, ridiculous) to my paypal. I mean, no one thought MAYBE get the Dad shirts shipped and delivered by Father's Day? I mean, is this 1992? Disappointing
I ordered one shirt and never received a confirmation email or any indication that they even received my order. Weeks later two shirts arrived and I discovered theyd charged me for two. There was no packing slip included and the shirts were huge! After about a dozen frustrating emailseach with a different customer service rep misunderstanding the issueI gave up and reported the error to my bank. Thats the only satisfaction I got from this entire experience and happily my $$ is back in my account where it belongs. Never again!
I have ordered several times from this site, thinking... I would give them a second chance... When you need to Change your order, your directed to a site, fill in your order number, make change! I followed their directions, my husbands shirt just arrived and WAS NOT CHANGED... Never answer their phones, their messages, or their FB site! Very Disappointed... these are not cheap shirts. Not wasting my $$ any more.

The first hoodie I received from them was awful, holes all over the print, faded colors, and blurry. I had a better experience with customer service than most of the reviews I read. I sent an email and they almost immediately started a new sweatshirt but it didn't arrive for 10+ days. The second is better but still not great and definitely not a value for the price. I definitely wouldn't order from them again. I think it's a bad business practice to send out such a low quality product and only send something better after there's a complaint.
I ordered the t-shirt from them an extra large hanes. I received the shirt and it fit my fifteen-year-old daughter who wears a medium. I sent email including pictures with a measuring tape showing that the T-shirt was four inches too narrow. They said they'd reprint my order which made me happy but I received the second shirt today and it is exactly the same. So don't trust their size charts
I ordered three t-shirts from this company. Okay, I understand why it took so long to receive the t's (over a month). The first t-shirt That I paid approximately $26 for was way too small. I ordered a 2xl and the shirt is at best, a large or even medium. The other two, which arrived a week or two later, were the correct size and I really like them. There is no communication from the company and to complain, I need an order number, but there was no invoice included with the shirts and, like I said, no emails with information.
I ordered an overwatch shirt from them which arrived in bad quality - half the design wasn't intact, and what remained was also peeling in places. After submitting a complaint and sending a photo of the shirt they quickly offered a free reprint - which arrived in just as bad condition, with faded colors to boot. I sent another complaint demanding a refund, and within a few days my bank account was refunded.
The colors are not as vibrant as the picture. The longer I had the t-shirt on, the bigger it got. I would not recommend buying this t-shirt. The quality is terrible.
Cheaply made. Iron on garbage. The shirt is not soft, feels like bard board. I bought this for my daughter who has Asperger's and most likely wont wear it because the shirt is hard.
Good products I think? But don't expect any customer service at all! Tried to cancel an order that was incorrect the minute I received confirmation. It wasn't going to be printed or shipped for 7 days. No response. I am stuck with a child's size shirt for a woman with MS. Recieved 2 weeks later. No paperwork to send it back. No returns. No refunds. I've ordered from other custom tshirt places that are great. After 3 weeks I finally got an online chat. Waste of time!
I ordered and paid for 4 mugs. Only one arrived. They were impossible to reach! The "transaction ID" on my receipt did not have the correct format to be an order number (there was no "order number" on my receipt) so I could not email them. They don't answer the phone without a correct order number. The online "support" site they give spits out a message that it is not monitored. The "chat" feature does not function at all.

I can see the blue shirt color right through every letter and picture - especially the white. Nothing is bright and crisp.
I bought 2 sweatshirts and 1 long t-shirt. Overall with shipping I paid 99$. Only long t-shirt is ok, and the print on both sweatshirts are terrible. Not worth the money! I send them complaint so we will see what they say if they answer it.
I ordered a face mask thru their ad in FB, several weeks ago. Thank goodness I used PayPal, otherwise, I'd be out almost $20, with no idea if I will ever receive the item. After trying to contact multiple times, still no answers!
Place and order 6/5/2020 company says it is in processing 6/10 todays date 6/29 and no update, no tracking no response on the phone finally after 15 mins waiting on chat got support. Claims shipping out next week. Problem is this was one tee shirt for a gift July 8th shipping to Nevada. Wow. So no matter what company name they use service was crappy and will not order from either name again or a Facebook ad so far this is the 3rd company from Facebook that SUCKED... and they use multiple names and USA city claiming to be located here SHAM SHAME
The print quality isn't the worst, but I wouldn't describe it as good. Use Teespring if you want to get a consistent print and are okay paying a bit more.
I ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide iPhone case. The case was a cheap, plastic version that doesn't give my phone much protection at all. I feel like they misrepresented the product, which looked to be silicon. I was not happy with my purchase at all. I won't be ordering from them again.
