I got a phone and tablet from these guys. My mate got the TV. Now I want the TV too. They are all good.
Speaker to expensive paid $400 for a Bluetooth speaker, Value of speaker is $60.00 do not recommend.
I had a horrible experience in trying to get my computer problem fixed. I called the computer company, as well as Microsoft and no one could find the problem. It cost me a lot of money with no results. My luck changed with TECHXAVVY, they found and corrected the problem. They are there if I need them, and are always ready to help me. The tech's are very knowledgeable and professional. It was worth the money and would recommend them.

Big rip offs ever that walked the earth my mum purchased a phone with them got mucked around and around taking money out on non payday week took over a month to fix that simple problem and when we finally got the phone was a different model to the one on paper was a model up, price was 750 my mum paid upto 350 dollars and when doing researched on the Leagoo m9 smartphone market value only 195.00 we have stopped payments and they are not getting a single cent more

One week after my last "cleaning and update" I was contacted by someone saying they were from TechXavvy and using your business phone number when the cell connection failed. He got into my computer and into my on-line banking and transferred $3000 from my equity account into my checking account and claimed that is was an advance so he could catch a crook when I sent him $3000 via wire transfer. Only later did I discover what he had done. All the people who talked to me had Indian accents, but used very Anglo-Saxon names. I would give your company a minus 10 if I could. I reported the incident to the US Commerce, but have not heard back from them.

TechXavvy provided you with special customer Identification Number and always inform our esteemed customers that if anyone call you in regards to your computer then ask the ID and if they couldn't provide you the number then don't entertain that person. However we are also going to take your complaint to Police and will initiate legal steps. We need your help and please provide the Name of the person, where you wired the amount and any other details which you have. Please email to support@techxavvy.com. Once again we are sorry however your support will help us to catch the crook.
