I don't have any words to explain how bad their culture is. If you are an employee then you have to face multiple bosses order at the same time. If you are fine to work more than 12 hours a day then you will good to work in this company. Gave you a salary on time, but they will put many fines on it. Like 30 mins lunch, I return after 35 mins, 500 Rs fine. Attending a call on my personal call 500 Rs fine, you are late even a single min then half of the per day salary cut, if you forgot anything in the pantry, they put a fine or through those things to the dustbin. In my batch, no one gets its full salary at all just because of fines

If you are an employee, you will be subjected to harsh criticism, multiple bosses, 8.45 am to 7.30 pm work hours, stupid rules and unreasonable fines such as 5k rupees to an employee who listened to a phone call during work hours or the one who fell on his desk because of sickness (having 20k per month income). Fine for not reaching before at 8.45 or before. Throw your things in bin if you left them at pantry by mistake (yes, it is a rule). Worse management than that of a jail.
If you are a client, they will sell you mixed old placement papers from the government exams, calling them new test papers, that you could actually get in free from the internet. Tell lies to investors and buyers alike without any shame or guilt.
