I placed my original order almost 4 months ago at this point and have yet to receive any part of my order. I have reached out to their support team 3 separate times now (with some email threads have 2 or 3 follow ups each) and their "respond in 48 hours" has never been honored. My oldest email reaching out to them goes back two months and has yet to receive a response. Absolutely would not recommend. It seems like they take your money and run

Realized after the fact that this company is based in China and what you order will ship from China and take a month or two to get there. Have yet to receive my order and since it will arrive to late to give as a present I am going to have to write it off. After reading the reviews here I realized, too late for me, that the reviews on their site are fake.

I couldn't wait to get the dress for my friend's bridal, I was so excited to wear it, waited anxiously for 3 weeks for the dress to come. I open the package excitedly the dress is beautiful but no way it's a 2X. So I move on to the jacket I ordered it supposed to be of 4X it was a size of an extra large Maybe. They both items to my sister didn't want to go to the house so sending it back, now I have nothing to wear to the shower.

I ordered a dress and some accessories 2 months ago and I contacted tbdress and waited patiently for my items. They proceeded to ignore my email for the first several times and recently they responded after I threatened to write a negative review on all platforms. Still have NOT gotten my accessories. I did finally receive my dress a month and a half later. It was a 2/10. Definitely true that the material is cheap and NOT what it looks like in photos. Unfortunately, I will just be finding a different dress, as it's not what I expected and was reading mixed reviews upon many sites. It's true that they paid a lot of people to write falsely positive reviews which impacted their "high" rating. But clearly, there are TONS of people with negative thoughts and experience with this website. Will NOT purchase from them again.

I ordered this dress because it was in "sale" and looked super cute in the pictures. It took 6 weeks for the order to come and I'm very disappointed in the product. The material is super thin swimsuit type material and the overall quality of the dress is very poor. I am a size 6 so I ordered a medium. It is very tight. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this dress or the retailer. The first picture is what the dress was supposed to look like. The others are what it actually looks like.

This is an UPDATE: my stuff finally all came! It took almost 4 months. I would say over half was so cheaply made and not like that picture that it will be going into the garbage. But there were 2 items I really liked. So good luck if you buy from this site. It might be good or it might be garbage...

I don't know if my items will arrive or not. It's been over 2 months. I realized it would take a while but this is longer than I expected. With no tracking info, it's hard to trust it will come. I just wanted to warn other people. I won't use this site again. It's pretty risky whether it's a waste of money or not. But hopefully at some point my purchase will show up...

I ordered a three piece outfit, using the provided size guide. It took way longer to receive the item than expected and multiple attempts to contact the vendor went unanswered. When the item finally arrived I was so excited, until I opened the package. This set was of extremely inferior quality, it was a belted jacket and pants, the pants appeared fitted on the website, what I received had a very large elastic waste, both pieces are so long that they sweep the floor, they hang on me terribly and I absolutely cannot wear this set. Needless to say the entire experience has soured me and I will not be purchasing from this company again. I immediately requested a return but so far I have not been provided with an RMA number to do so. Lesson learned, thankfully at not too much expense, I am out just under $50 on this. I am glad I used Paypal as I will be disputing this charge if the RMA is not received quickly. I had wanted to order a formal gown from this site for my neice's wedding in December, this experience has me looking elsewhere and I loved the dress I had picked out. But after this mess I will not take any further chances with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company BEFORE reading the reviews so of course I was scared, thinking I might've been scammed... the occasion I needed the shoes for was canceled and I immediately requested a full refund because my shoes hadn't even been shipped, I ordered them in January and as of mid or late February they hadn't even been shipped. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and for about a month or so we were going back and forward with them trying to send me coupons or something... finally I told them that I just wanted a FULL REFUND, I explained that I didn't need a coupon or anything... just a refund... finally I received a very nice email response stating that they were going to be refunding me the FULL amount and I should receive it in no more than 15 days. Guess what... I recieved my full refund in 7 days after. I'm not sure if I just got lucky and spoke(emailed) a compassionate person or what but I am very grateful that I received my money back... I gave the website two stars because the website itself is great... I'm not sure about the actual items they send out.

What lovely designs, I thought! Was so excited to think I'd actually found a 'cheaper'(affordable)clothing line, exactly my styles.The leggings were ok, could've got same at market for £5 tho! "Jeans"! With lace were horrendous! NOT jeans but thin cotton type trousers jean/denim coloured! Stitching undone on waistband, NO button hole at front! Looked like a child had practised on sewing machine as all crooked stitching down legs, lace hanging off! I was so disapointed, as id told all my friends about this GREAT site! First they tell me I can keep them for a 'part refund?'! Then. I have to pay shipping to return them and they 'may' offer me exchange but what if I didn't want to risk any more items? I had a couple of items marked to buy next but dont know what to do now, its from different places so is it all tat? I see many others had good results with this company, I'd like to say the same but i want my money back and I will do all I can to get it! I hope they will be reasonable and sort it out! If they restore my faith I will let you know the outcome! Fingers crossed!

Sizes NOT as listed and will not refund my money! I've been back and forth with them and they refuse to do anything to help. 15% refund is not good enough whatsoever!

Top was not of good quality it's so thin I can see it falling apart after one wash infact I wouldn't put it in the machine as it will fall apart

After reading the reviews im second guessing whether i should have made my purchase. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on the 27th n still have not received a email to say that they have shipped. Im a regular online shopper n they should have at least shipped by now. I sent email but no response from Tbdress. If i dont hear from them by 10/5/15 then i will file complaint with paypal n request refund. I can only hope the outcome will be better is so i will write a revised review. I read one review where it took over 30 days to get their item

Paid only $25 for the dress, received it after 3 weeks, but the dress looks very cheap and not exactly as on the picture. Yes, they offer returns, but you pay for return shipping, which is about $20 from US and $30 from Canada (I live on the boarder and have a choice to ship from US or Canada). So, no point to return this dress, will go straight to Value Village. Learnt my lesson...

Contact you right away before sale, after sale take more than 24hrs to reply email. And you want exchange they have a whole lots of reasons. Tell you to better resale or give to a friend, then order another one. No way. I dont want lose more $. My wedding dress the lace is on one side, other doesn't have, whose gonna wear a funny dress. Stupid. Lost the money for lesson

I have ordered 4x in TB almost a month now and I have not receive a single item. I kept on writing to them and in fairness they reply promptly but their delivery service is a pain. I love their dresses and the prices are good but you have to pay for that by the wait. I hope the TB team can improve their delivery system. I hope to get the dresses that I paid for before the year ends... :( Please TB team follow up on my order its getting very frustrating,

Since my last review I have received the 2nd out of 4 pairs ordered on Dec 26th. These ones were really nice and I am excited to wear them. Unfortunately, due to writing a review on here, they decided to hold off on sending me the last two pairs. Yesterday when I inquired about the last 2 pairs I was told they were waiting on my reply to make sure I still wanted them. Well, I never received an email saying they were being held. I hope TBdress does something to correct this error. I was excited to find a site with so many neat things. I was really hoping to spend a bunch of money there. I just hate paying for something up front and then having that awful feeling of it never showing up. Beware.

I'm a little concerned with my order as it has not arrived yet! This is the 10th day of waiting and I'm not getting any younger. FIRSTLY... I would not have ordered from this site if it hadn't have state items would arrive between 5-8 working days... which I bought two dresses, one of which was supposed to be worn for Valentines day. I'm very disappointed with this and now the wait concerns me, especially after reading what seems to be questionable reviews.

It's only today I have become curious to where my order is after being a busy student, the last thing I should have to worry about is 'have I just paid a dodgy site'?

I went on 'my account' and viewed my tracking order and after 10 days... its apparently just 'preparing'... preparing?... for what, I haven't given measurements, this site states they have clothing sizes 'available'... 'in stock' so why would it take 10 days to 'prepare'.

The billing address is to my university in which I finish my last semester in a couple of weeks and will be returning HOME!... And will be livid if my order does not come in time and that the two items does not meet my satisfaction.

I will be investigating this further after the week is up and intend to get in contact with this company.

NOT happy.

Tip for consumers:
Choose another... well known site to order clothes from. At least you're guaranteed clothes...

I am too distressed to comprehend how a company that claims to make your day beautiful can put someone through such frustration! It is unbelievable!
