Revision, I am very satisfied as I was given a refund from Tanga for this jacket. Thank you. Saw a very cute Lavender teddy bear jacket. It looked so nice and looked like it would at least be somewhat warm. Well, it arrived yesterday. It was jammed into a 10" plastic wrap. It was light as a feather, my first clue. It was Lavender but it was so thin, no type of lining at all and the cuffs and bottom band is so thin and cheap, no elastic. The zipper doesn't look too sturdy either. Pure junk and a waste of $25. I don't have a computer to print a return label and don't want to pay shipping to return it, so I know I'm stuck with it. First and last time ordering. A picture isn't going to help because it won't show any of the above.
I ordered 2 Microsoft Suite 2021 license for life on 02/0724. After I paid I got email giving delivery & tracking #. It never arrived. After 3 was & 6 texts I still haven't received. I was sent digital instructions & they emailed instructions to download. Doesn't work. 1 month later still nothing. Asked for refund. Adrienne said no. It was clearance! Text her back last week and now still waiting for them to respond. NEVER AGAIN will I order something thru Tanga! Not worth the aggravation. Tried toll free #, 3 1/2 on hold. Never answered. After the 3rd week I was told it was digital but when I asked why I was given tracking # and delivery details, Darienne didn't know. I asked for CEO's #, they wouldn't give it. It's now 03/12/24 and haven't gotten my order or heard from anyone!
Bought two dog beds and completely satisfied. So are the dogs, will definitely buy from Tanga again.
Orders come in very timely manner like most thing s but hard to see good in pics so out of 3 things I like 2 and not the 3rd
I use lots of these online "compilation" stores -- those that bring you bundles of bargains and great deals by the ton every day. Tanga is probably THE BEST, as they beat just about everyone every day in price, value, delivery speed, and joy! Why are you reading this, when you could be seeing what the newest stuff is at Tanga?
A little slow on delivery of products, but I'll take the discounted pricing over slow delivery time all the way to the bank.
I love most of the items I bought from you but I use Paypal Credit & looking back at transactions they all say just TANGA so I cant tell which transaction was which item. If there is an issue after an item gets here it's very difficult to know which vendor to contact. I know it can be easily done as all my Ebay purchases have the order details. I buy a lotta stuff so it's hard to keep it all straight.
Great stuff, love to shop here! Buy at least one thing a week or so! Thanks for everything!

I watch for the Tanga sale notices everyday and often I am rewarded with low cost, unique gift ideas and personal items. Prices are always better than just about anyone else and presentation is straight forward. Buying is simple and I have not found any indication that my personal information has been at all compromised by Tanga. I do wish the shipping were a bit quicker and that there were more products available. I have not rated the "Service" or "Returns" catagories, as I have never needed to use them!
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to receive top of the line products at a price that is less than half. Basically, you get what you pay for, but with Tanga you get a little more!

I have purchased everything from shoes to wrinkle cream from these guys and overall have been pretty satisfied. One drawback, you may have to wait weeks for delivery of your items. If you aren't in a particular hurry then there are some great deals to be had.
I ordered 5 pack of polo shirts. Size L. These shirts look like they are for juniors. Wish i had known to order 1 size up.
Expectation: thought they might be average
Reality: comfortable, cushy, they look nice. Stitching looks so so, in par with a pair from a bargain store. Made in China. I expect them to last about 12 months.
Tanga is the real deal. I used to see them pop up on Brad's Deals with crazy offers like 5 iPhone cases for 5 bucks and thought it was too good to be true. The truth is: it's real. They are still heavy on jewelry and tech related accessories. But lately their offers have included clothing for everyone and pet supplies. Shipping on some items is slow yet projected delivery dates are accurate. I've shopped many discount sites like sulkily & BTR- snail slow deliveries, FAB- never as good as it looks online-but great customer service; and MyHabit-fast shipping on great fashion.
I hope Tanga continues to evolve. There's great potential here.
So far so good on my FreedomPop Liberty Tablet, my latest Tanga purchase. After 40 minutes on the phone with Liberty Pop Tech Support, we got it to function. Free 200 minutes of talk and unlimited text (via WiFi only) is hard to beat!

Generally, everything I've bought from this site has been OK. Delivery speeds leave a bit to be desired, although this particular delivery was pretty fast. Come on shipping guys - get on it!!!
A great company that delivers great deals on great products and extremely fast turnaround time. Company lacks in the communications field, unable to touch base on any order difficulties. Been waiting on a particular order issue for over a month, and already have returned the item using supplied RMA procedures.
I've ordered multiple times from Tanga. Items always arrive as described. Tanga offers great prices on a variety of merchandise. Shipping is usually quick with a notification of shipment. Tanga also responds quickly if you have questions. I will certainly order again.
I am recently new to tanga. So far so good. I have ordered 4 products so far and i plan on ordering more.
Sometimes the products are a little "less" than expected and shipping takes a while (but it's cheap shipping). Overall good values. I recommend Tanga to friends and family a lot.

I'm new to Tanga. Happened to see some Beats earphones they were discounting to $38 bucks. List for $100 some places, $49 was lowest I could find elsewhere. Tanga was fast, emailed me ship info and product was 'as advertised' and that's all I ask. All I ask is don't BS me on the product, give me the best price you can, be prompt and keep me posted. So, 100% for Tanga on my quartet of retail demands! Looking forward to the future, Tanga!
I've been very pleased with all my items except the iHome portable rechargeable mini speakers, they were refurbished but still had a dent in one of the covers and one of the speakers has an annoying rattle in it like its blown! I also would like a phone number that I could call, so I could actually talk to a representative at Tanga! Other than that I am pleased. I would like to get a good set of mini speakers!
My initial purchase was great. I learned about Tanga from another online service. I liked the products; more importantly, i liked the price. The service was great. I have kept coming back to buy more stuff. This in spite of having to return my very first purchase. Customer Service when making returns could use some tweaking. Contact us needs help. Other than that its all good.

Overall I am pleased with the products. However, some items take too long to arrive. For example, I am still waiting for an item I ordered on December 27,2016.
In fact, that shipment info is in Chinese, which I do not speak or read. When I track the order, no delivery info is available.
Also waiting for another product with similar thing - no info available. Very disappointed and will be very careful when ordering in the future.
I purchased a fitbit from Tanga on Jan 26th at a very reduced price. I got a bit worried because it was taking so long to arrive. I received two emails, the first letting me know my order was received, the second saying it would be arriving on Feb 18th. It did arrive on the 18th and it is brand new and in working order. Their website does warn you that it may take a little longer than some sites.
