Last year I was a subscriber to the Tampa Bay Times for a few months but then I didnt receive my paper for a 3 weeks in a row. I called and spoke with representatives, requested managers and sent emails but did not get a call back or a resolution. I ended up canceling my subscription. Fast forward to May 2017 where I came across a decent offer for Sunday paper delivery and decided to try again. I received my paper 2 weeks in a row, but again this week, no paper!! I didnt even bother complaining. I just requested cancellation! Tampa Bay is a joke! Do not be enticed by their "best value" deal. Easier to go to the local store and get your copy!
