High price and VERY POOR quality. I wore them no more than 5 times and the soles on the bottom of the shoe ripped to the point where my toes could poke through. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They want to charge you $150 for a product that probably cost them $10 and then when you complain that it's junky material, their customer service will blame you the customer. Would give 0 stars if possible. PLENTY of competitors that would be better off with your money.

Please do not buy any shoes from tallmenshoes.com because they are of poor quality. They lie to you, they send you damaged shoes and then they don't want to change or return your money. They buy those shoes from China for one dollar and then sell them to you for 100 dollars. They are scammers, they cheated me and scammed me. I reported them to the customer service office. This company is a fraud. I ordered a size 13 and they sent me a size 11 and do not collect returns. Now, I have to give the shoes out for free.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them and it's really hit or miss. The last pair I ordered started squeaking when I walked. They would not return my shoes because they said I wore them. But how would I know they would squeak unless I wore them? I also found myself returning a couple of pairs of shoes because they just looked weird, like toddler shoes. Height increasing but too big around the back and sides.

Very unhappy with the lifts. They do not work in any of my shoes. If I put them in, even without the orange extensions, my foot will not go down far enough for me to put the shoe on.

ATROCIOUS return policy - they charge you for everything, it's ridiculous, I am so totally done.

Ordered shoes from them years ago never got the shoes called them extremely rude disrespectful unprofessional. Called PayPal and they corrected it. They're completely incapable of understanding what you're saying and I would not spend a dollar at this place.

Very unprofessional, discourteous, rude people. When asking for a supervisor to speak to there is none! They put you on hold forever and forget about you. I purchase many shoes for years but anytime I had to call them I had to face their impolite, bad manner conduct.

Absolutely horrible experience. The shoes were overpriced for their garbage quality, soles ripping apart, one shoe fitting larger than the other and the sole being insanely slippery. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I've been made fun because of these clunky oversized shoes, even though my shoe size is 4 sizes less on average.

I bought 2 shoes that looked really good in their website, but when I received and put it on, it was gigantic. Not the size, the actual platform was so ridiculously obvious. You couldn't wear it in public and act normal. So I I wanted to write an honest review in their website, but they kept deleting my reviews.
Don't buy if you care about yourself and don't want to look weird.

This company is the literal definition of a joke. I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding, when I received the shoes they were in terrible condition and the box was all torn up. I placed a request to have the full amount refunded to me and that shoe was $49 with free shipping. This company thinks they can pull fast ones over on people and only refund them partial credit for orders, they offered me $28 for a refund! Are you kidding me, customer service is extremely rude, and quite disgusting to even talk with. This company doesn't care about their customers, all they care about is money. They say it's Hassel Free Returns and that is almost a bigger joke then the customer service representative I talked to. What sad too is this company missed out on a bridal party of 20 purchasing shoes from them. What a shame. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filling a formal complaint as well. This is no way for a company to treat a customer. Tall men shoes is a joke, don't waste your time.

If there was an option to leave no stars at all, I would've done it!
They don't send their items and when you call asking for a replacement and/or a refund, they send you an insurance (THEIR insurance) papers and ask you to print it out, fill it out, sign it AND send it back to them so they can claim money from their insurer, I think it's a fake business online made to rip people off, the interactions i got with their "customer service" were a nightmare, they stole $80+ from me, given the choice in the U. S and around the world, I do not think nor recommend anyone to order anything from them, they're just a group of petty thieves doing their best to collect as much money as they can from people!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes to find they didn't fit. I based my size selection on a previous purchase, however these were a different label.

This lack of standardization makes size issues inevitable with customers.

This behooves the question of how fair is their returns policy.

They advised to send them back and they would be replaced. I did this, months passed and the returns did not arrive.

Via email, they have continually maintained that they would send them but were very busy with coronavirus related issues.

I put up another review recently and received communication from others who had the same problem. One individual had experience with them as a contractor in LA and advised that they were in exit scam mode, filling as many orders as possible with shoddy product and not fulfilling their returns obligations.

Do not buy from them and especially do not believe those phony good reviews.

All was great until you have to return the product.

This company does not realize they are online retailers so people will return stuff they do not like.

Here is what happened:

I bought a pair of shoes for sixty eight dollars from their website. Didn't like it so went online and submit a return. Got email that return accepted please ship it back with the free shipping label they provided. Great.

Now comes the time of refund.

They only refunded forty five dollars. Why?

Because the label is not FREE. They said the label cost ten bucks. On top of that they deducted twelve dollars as the original shipping fees when I ordered my shoes. Keep in mind the website says "free shipping on orders over fifty dollars".

I have disputed this charge with my credit card.

Very dissatisfied. Will never buy from this company again.

Please, learn from my loss and stay away from this company.

Do nota Buy anything frin this store. They are scammers. They scammed me. I bought some size 8 shoes, they were too small for me, I sent them to have them changed and they gave many excuses not to change. Macy's, Marshall, JCPenney and others have a good exchange policy, I've never had a problem with those stores. But this tallsmenshoes.com are thieves. They didn't change it even though I don't use it, and they returned it to me. That is an insult. But this is not going to stay like this. I will report them to customer service. This company started out fine but is selling nothing but junk now. I recently bought a pair which looked ok on first try. When I wear them to street they hurt and bleed my fit. When I returned that piece of crap they shipped back to me saying they were worn without regards to the fact that the product was defective.
When I called the customer service they were uncooperative and rude and threatened me with blacklisting.as if they had the monopoly on shoe business. Avoid at any costs.
P.s. I worked w my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes at www.tallmenshoes.com (1 pair of model T******* and 2 pairs of model S9118). They sent me 3 pairs of shoes but the momenth I opened them, I found out a serious problem was they were different size in length, even though they're same US size 9 (Model S9118 is longer about 1inch or 1.5 inches than model T*******. REAL pictures are enclosed). I emailed Tallmenshoes to complain, then they replied with bull $#*! explaination. Here is the fact:

1. All shoes for the same US Size 9

2. They're same color.

3. They're from the same seller.

4. They were made from the same materials.

5. They're same brand (Calto).

BUT they're different size in length (too much different, way longer than other).

I returned them after I get RMA number but Tallmenshoes refund me still short $10 (they cut off/rip off $10) due to their INSIDIOUS policy. According to their policy, all returning shoes in good and original condition (after they checked them very carefully), they will DEDUCT $10 (label fee) if buyers just return shoes for refund (it means customer changes mind as a returning reason). My situation was NOT about "change my mind" to return them. They were too LOOSE with my feet put into them, so I could NOT wear/use them. It's NOT my fault but they still RIP ME OFF $10. There was a lot of communications about emailing between they and I but they still STOLE my $10 by not refunding it. If u have been reading until this sentence, then please understand that $10 is NOT a large amount of money but for 10 buyers, 100 or 1000 buyers and so on, then they can STEAL a lot of money with the game of INSIDIOUS returning policy.

THIS PARTICULAR SANDAL DOES NOT SHOW A SIGNIFICANT HEIGHT INCREASE. IT LOOKS LIKE A REGULAR SANDAL. THE SIZE SHOULD BE TWO NUMBER LOWER TO BE FIT.

Got what i bought online, cheap boots that fall apart when i pulled the strings to tie the left boot plastic holder Left boot plastic strap broke off just first time i tried them on, cheap made reap Knock offs, high prices less quality made. Pics below i bought them for new boots needed outdoors, etc, wear. And high increase. Will buy boots else where next time. Never buy again $46.00 on these boots plus $10.00 shipping $3.50 for high increase pads on there website. This is true story.
