Wife took our jeep Wrangler in for a oil change as we usually do.but this time the guy put the o ring on the wrong groove and pinched it while threading it on wrong.needless to say took a 150 mile trip warning light came on.car was covered in oil.call them up and somehow either me or my wife screwed it up.i highly recommend find a oil change place that knows how to change jeep oil cooler filters.going to send oil out for analysis and see where I'm at with this situation.

I went to Take 5 on Oct 2,2022 in Brandon, FL and purchased a High Mileage Oil Change. Yesterday 1/20/23 on my way to work, my car was not getting power... Immediately I contacted the dealership, who had my car towed there to avoid doing breaking down. When they proceeded to do an inspection on my car, the Oil was not only below the line, it also, looked LIKE BLACK OIL, my car has no oil leaks for it to be below the marker. I called them, was on the phone with one of the agents who told me. "Once driving and reach at least 2900 miles, with a foreign car the oil burns faster and gets low very fast once your reach 3000 miles on a HIGH MILEAGE OIL CHANGE with my type of car" After being at the dealership for some time and missing work, they told me there is no way I recently had an oil change and if I had continue to drive, it was have destroyed my engine...I told them what the dealership said, they really tried to discount what the dealership had diagnosed. Saying to my that the OIL burns faster when you are approaching 300 miles on a High Mileage Oil change. Not only did I pay $90.34 for this High Mileage Oil change and not needing a filter at that time. These folks are full of ISH...THEY REALLY TRIED TO GAS LIGHT MY $#*! LIKE I'M NOT OVER 50 YEARS OLD AND DON'T ANYTHING ABOUT CARS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY...

I took my car to Take 5 in Stillwater OK last week. The two guys that were checking in my car were goofing around and trying to keep each other from getting to the computer next to my car. The service manager finally came over and said they didn't have the oil filter that I needed for my VW diesel. About 2 minutes later, miraculously they had a filter for it. I was suspicious so I asked for the filter as I was leaving. It was not the same oil filter that my car used so it was not changed. After finding this out, I took my car to have it checked by a mechanic. The bottom engine cover was hanging down and not secured. THE OIL HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED! I can't tell you how mad I am about this. The mechanic showed me the oil that they took out. It was black and very old. My car mileage is only 69,000. They charged me for all of this and didn't even change the oil. I called their customer service in Louisiana and they just put me on hold and then a voice prompt told me to call back later. Well, no thank you. I will never use Take 5 again. What a rip off.

Wrote a lengthy review on google about damage to oil pan and resulting oil leak. Take 5 bot responded on Google and provided a phone number. Nobody will answer or return messages at *******670. I guess they are fine as long as they dont screw up, but if they do the shop will not take responsibility and blame something unrelated and nonsensical on the damage they cause. When you leave a negative review, the bot will answer and a phone number will be provided that is useless. I would not use them ever again.

We were greeted with water and take 5 bar. Very nice. Service went well. Because they didn't have the oil we needed, we received an upgrade with no cost. Skylar (MOD) was knowledgeable and very friendly. Parker and Kevin was polite and easy to work with

I had an an oil change by Take 5 in Lafayette. Scooter & Hannah were great! They were very friendly explained everything, & efficient. This was my first experience with Take 5 & would certainly recommend them if all the Take 5 shops are as good as this one.

Presented a coupon before checking out for our oil change and when our card was charged, the actual coupon amount wasn't deducted! I've called several times and am always told it will be taking care of and they'll call me back when it is done. Still haven't received a call and this was done on December 10. When you say you are going to make something right, then you should do it!

Pulled up to Take 5 and had 2 Cars in front of me. Might have been 15 mins that I waited, but it wasn't long. While waiting a very nice young man came and offered us a cold water. Once we pulled up, Jaylen helped us. He was an extremely helpful, polite and courteous young man. I was very pleased with all the information he gave me, the offers he made and the fast and efficient service I received. I was there in line and out in less than 30 mins. If you have any history of getting oil changes, then you know that you can wait well into an hour before you even get to the head of the line! I will return and continue to use Take five on William Cannon in Austin! Thanks guys, one less thing I have to worry about!

I went to take 5 for an oil change today and had the best experience ever. Tanner was a true professional. I mention to him that i had stop going because of poor customer service and HIGH PRESSURE up sales. Needless Tanner reassure me and apologized in my eyes he owned the brand that says a lot to me. Take 5 on Dunn Ave in Jacksonville, Fl...I even made it to work with ample time. :)

Went to Take 5 in Charlotte NC South Tryon for oil change. Was told that was full of sludge, which was wrong, and needed to clean out the oil pan. Was told just change oil, well found the next day the oil was not changed but the filter was. Went back and asked the look at the film which they said they had then said the camera was broken. The very next day the car started to smoke really bad. $300.00 later it was fixed. Needless to say no more Take 5.

I could not recommend this place any less. I have only taken my car here once to get my oil change and believe me when I say it will never happen again. I had to get my oil changed a couple of months ago and took my car to a Take 5 location. Unbeknownst to me, after my oil change was complete the oil filter was not replaced properly or securely. I didn't know this was an issue until later when my car started having issues. Apparently the filter was so loose that it caused an oil leak. My car locked up on me on the way home from work one day and thankfully I wasn't on the highway or else I would have been in an accident. When I took my car to get serviced, I was told there was essentially no oil left in my car and it was a miracle irreparable damage was not done to my engine. On the same evening my car locked up on me, I got a low oil pressure notification on my car. That evening I took my car to a different Take 5 location to just get the oil looked at since oil changes are not a long process, especially at a company that boasts about their fast oil changes. I had at least 20-25 minutes before that location closed and I was waved off. Nobody came to the car to see if it was something that could have been looked at in that amount of time. They refused to open the garage door and waved me off. At that point I truly was unsure I was going to be able to make it somewhere to get my car fixed. After all was said and done, it cost me roughly $800 to get my car fixed because someone did not replace the oil filter properly. I have had this car for 5+ years and have had many oil changes and this is the first time this has ever happened and the only time I have used this company to get my oil changed. I reached out to the company to speak with someone and was told someone would reach out to me to discuss. After a couple more months I have yet to be contacted. Do yourself a favor and take your car literally anywhere else.

Went and to get an oil change came home seen oil on my driveway when I woke up waited a while went back to get another oil change and the same thing happened again on a car that had no leak I'm done

I went to the location near 380 and Redbud here in McKinney Texas for an oil change as their sign stated that they serviced BMW's/Lexus. I've always took my Lexus to this location without any issues none whatsoever. I visited the location last week Wednesday for an oil change on my 2019 BMW. After the oil change through the information center the message "Service Vehicle/Oil Change" displayed. After speaking with the service advisor I was informed they couldn't delete/update the message display center that I'd have to take the vehicle to a nearby BMW dealership. I paid over $100 for the oil change, fluid level is generally checked during an oil change but on today another message displayed to fill fluids, so I'm not understanding why wasn't I informed by the establishment/advisor that this wasn't done or couldn't be done which would have given me the opportunity to take my vehicle to a location where I could receive "Complete Full Service". Now I have to take my vehicle to BMW which I should've done initially and pay an additional $100 to have my fluids topped along with clearing the message center. If the service center isn't able to complete services of certain vehicles 100% that should be noted or maybe a SIGN posted stating BWM's and Lexus Oil Change are available with some exclusions.

Will never use this location again.

After the oil change, the tech said that I needed to get the RPM'S up to 4,000 for 30 seconds. Absolutely ridiculous.no fluids checked at all.
I have used other locations and no problems.

This was a wonderful experience overall. Quick, thorough, and helpful. Pope was just fantastic throughout the whole experience and really made it a positive visit! Thanks team!
