my son purchased a couch from Taft. After 2 years, the frame broke, They sent someone over to fix the frame. One year later, frame broke again totally making the couch unusable .
Management said they would fix it again but they would need to take it for a week or so. My son was without furniture for 2 weeks. I spoke with the manager, Joanna, who was very rude and told me it was still under warranty and she would try to get him credit for a new couch. 2 weeks later, no phone call from her, just an automated message saying the
couch would be returned. Management is all talk and will not help you at all. Do not waste your money because you'll be sorry.
