Prices were good, competitive, not less expensive. No or VERY slow to respond communication from seller. Comments by seller were rude to say the least. Very poor company to do business with. Never again from me and I would recommend you look elsewhere also. Their prices with shipping are average, not a super bargain. That makes the poor service unacceptable. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Great selection of military boots. Found exactly what I was looking for right away for a blowout price! I will definitely be shopping here in the near future!

The price was great and the boots arrived quickly (in a few days). I expect them to last for 2 or 3 years, just like my previous pair of Belleville boots. One side note is that I sent tacticalbootstore an email inquiry about the price of the boots that I purchased when I later found the same boot listed twice on their site (same boot model number but different title) and the other listing was $8 cheaper. They did not reply to me.

The online purchase has been a piece of cake. However, I have had no luck in speaking to a human being at the 800 number listed. Very concerning if there might be a customer service issue. I tried calling for 5 business days. No answer.
I decided to go ahead and order the items. They arrived quickly and worked great for our situation. No problems at all with the online ordering process, payment and shipping.

I was very satisfied with the purchase I made with tacticalbootstore. Their prices are very good. They sent an email immediately after my purchase that the boots would be on back order and that I could choose to cancel if I'd like to. I chose to wait and they were shipped way quicker than I had expected. The whole wait from ordering to receiving them was only 10 business days. I will buy my son's boots here from now on.

Had an issue with size when trying to contact by phone no response
After several emails I got a response which kind of tells me that basically I can pay another 30.00 dollars for a refund Or another 20.00 dollars for exchange
No bill was ever supplied with the order , no return labels nor address
Very displeased with this ordeal not worth the trouble

There was no options for expedited shipping or information on how long shipment may take. That is a disappointment.

Pkg arrived in four days and I didn't have to interact with poor customer service from the box stores (PX/BX/NEX). I'll start wearing full time on 8 Aug and can give better reviews on how well the fit and construction of the boot is. Please send an additional survey in three weeks.

So far... Fast. Easy. Just wish there where other options for shipment. Lower shipping cost with longer wait for delivery would have been better...

The *******975 phone number is answered by a fax machine then the line goes to dead air...I have already purchased these boots locally(for the same price) and I am familiar with what I'm buying. What I am buying from your company is a 2nd pair to rotate usage.

I wanted to exchange boots for the correct color needed (my mistake in ordering) but time is a factor that a phone call would have saved me. So I am buying another pair and will deal with returning my incorrect order separately.

This is my second purchase through your site and would be confident with making future purchases. Point of sale communication does need some fine tuning. Being able to speak with someone at the listed customer service numbers would increase buyer confidence.

It is my first time buying from this site and I've been trying to contact customer support and no one answers. That gives me a sense of insecurity. Also once I pay with paypal, I cannot recheck to see if my order is correct, it just says thanks for your payment. I expect that the boots that I purchased are legitimate and true to its description, but my overall experience made me doubt if it was a legit site to purchase from. This where I base my rating, but if to buy from you again? Well, if I get the item that I purchased as described of course I'll buy from you again.

Size length was good but the boots were still huge in width. I normally wear a regular width and didn't expect them to provide so much space on the top of the foot. Even an extra insole didn't make th fit right.

I checked other websites including the boot manufacturer and found tacticalbootstore to have the best price. Why pay more? I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The boots are exactly what I ordered. Delivery only took 4-5 business days with standard shipping. I'll definitely purchase other items in the near future. Thank you!!
