I purchased 2 liners for jackets, but I had to return one of it. The items are great, but the liner makes the jacket so tight. I thought it will be free return as most of online purchases with return label… I sent the item back with ups yesterday. Thank you
The first pair of boots we have gotten appear to be used. Your online shopping has been frustrating. When there was an error with the payment I entered it also emptied my shopping cart. First time I called I just got voicemail. This time when I entered an invalid promo code and then deleted all of my payment information that I had entered already and I had to go back and re-enter my payment information as well as my email and password. It has been frustrating.
Ordered and it was here within a couple days. No complaints. Will order from The Tack Room again.

This shop created the name plates, attached them and shipped my collars within a day or so. I didn't expect them to come so fast so that was exciting! Also, I messed up my personalization and they thoughtfully called me to clarify what I wanted before engraving. They were very nice and I really appreciated the customer service. I will be ordering from this store again!

Easy to sort through their products and super easy checkout process. I was happy with the shipping and appreciated the emails letting me know where my package was. We got hit with a snow storm so packages got delayed and I received a email from UPS saying it would be there within the next business day. Shortly after I got an email from Tack Room Online asking if I received it. I appreciate them being on top of making sure packages arrive on time!

very good. Least expensive. Smart Pak had its advert at same price however when going to their site it was 3.95 higher and they would not come down. Sad, because I am an auto ship member with them. Thank you for this order. Its very discouraging to see a leader add show up different at the actual store sight.
