I purchased 2 liners for jackets, but I had to return one of it. The items are great, but the liner makes the jacket so tight. I thought it will be free return as most of online purchases with return label… I sent the item back with ups yesterday. Thank you
The first pair of boots we have gotten appear to be used. Your online shopping has been frustrating. When there was an error with the payment I entered it also emptied my shopping cart. First time I called I just got voicemail. This time when I entered an invalid promo code and then deleted all of my payment information that I had entered already and I had to go back and re-enter my payment information as well as my email and password. It has been frustrating.

There was a problem using Microsoft's Auto Pay to populate my credit card information. Had to go back, start the checkout process again, and enter the data manually.
Bot sure if you can view all the products in a category like sale items. If not that would be a good feature.

Delivery was super fast at this busy time. The shipping amount was corrected automatically, as it was a gift card and not a package. Only thing I might change would be for the higher service charge not to ring up in the first place

The website is easy to navigate and have purchased a couple of times so far from here and haven't had an issue except for one item. That item was a plush horse and what I received didn't look like the picture on the website. Other than that, haven't had any issues ordering.
I'm glad they had what I was looking for with free shipping. However, the option to pay with "PAYPAL" would have been more secure & faster.

It's usually a 5 star experience but this time not quite as good. Sale said $139-$149 but they were all $189.00 but the ones I ordered. I wanted 26L but when selected that price was $189.00. Same thing happened with side zip style. They were all $189.00 instead of advertised $139-$149 price!

Good other than the description of the color was different than in the picture so I didn't get the color I really wanted. Can't really blame anyone but myself for not paying more attention. Still deciding weather or not to return.

three of the soap bottles were leaking when they arrived - the tops press wand had spun open . Maybe taping the tops in the locked position in future shipping would help other customers?
