Update 4 days later. I did not received a call the next day. So I call the following day and got Billy to inform me that he will have Chris call me back. Chris agree to send me a prepay shipping and resolve the issue by refund or exchange. I sent the rod back so let's see how this end. Original review: Just got off the phone with Craig. I sent an email but got no reply so I made a call. Receive a fishing rod with bent blank. He said it is normal does not affect the function, but would anyone wants to pickup a bent rod while shopping for a fishing pole. Return shipping is gonna cost me $20. I am waiting to get a return call from them tomorrow and update this review. Otherwise, I will not be visiting or buying anything else from this place. I will share my experience with those around me also.
Ordered from these guys last weekend. They canceled my order under "suspicion of fraud". When I wrote to them asking what exactly confused them - they said they didn't like my address. Then I asked if I could change my address but keep the prices that were on the order. They stopped answering me.
This is a real paradise for fishermen.
As I am the one, I decided to look at the assortment here. I didn't need any spinning, because i have the most advanced one, but as for the nets and lures... I ordered them here, because their range if quite big and it was interesting for me to stare at the monitor for a couple of hours, lmao.
On top of that, I now think of changing spinning reel. Yeah, i said I got one of the best spinnings, but i see there are some more fancier.
Average or below. No clarity on shipping status, shipment splits or when to expect stuff that apparently wasn't available. Asked CS via phone to add something to an order only to find billed/shipped separately. Ok but definitely not my first choice to shop here again.

I received various coupons for signing up or other reasons. None worked... Shipping is to expensive. Few if any sites charge when you order over $100. Like your site, not you policies.
The Accurate Valiant rod I ordered broke during it's initial outing. I send an email communication to TakleDirect, but have not received any reply.

I'm having a lot of technical issues checking out. I am logged in but on the checkout page it asks for me to "Login", when I do click "Login" just the page reloads - although if I use CTRL-F5, I will get a login page, but it will still say "Login". Even this "Feedback" is using my Amazon Payments email and should be using my account email.
I can order through Amazon Payments, but I don't get point credit. It's making it difficult to use TackleDirect.
Had problems with placing my order - entered the promo code and the screen kept refreshing. I kept trying until the promo code was applied. Had to enter my credit card info in multiple times. Not a great experience.
It wouldn't let me log in, it just kept taking me round and round. So I don't know if the order is under the account I created. it also wouldn't recognize my debit card every time I tried to use it it said I'm using a card that's not selected so I use PayPal instead.
I just want to know if the order went under the account I need if not if somebody could help me with that I would appreciate it, thanks!!

These rods are perfect for bull drum. They are light, plenty of backbone, yet let you feel the fight. Great graphics also.

Banner on one page states shipping free for orders over 25 dollars yet on an order for 85 I was charged. I just wanted basic no rush mail. Can I get the shipping refunded?
You don't have many of the items in stock that I need. Also, your checkout procedure with Amazon pay does not carry forward the shipping address that I entered. After I placed my order I now find out that the shipping address is not correct. The whole process is very clunky.

Sights great easy to maneuver... sucks to pay for shipping on smaller orders and they take forever to come.. I would rather you the business then prime so a few more hidden promo codes would help
Had exactly what is was wanting. It would have been nice to have the difference between all reel and rod sku numbers explained better.
I reached out to you asking if I could deny shipment but you never replied in time so I ended up having to pay $90 in order to ship a rod back that I wanted to return which seems like a lot of money.
Customer service was quick to resolve and issue with a product that was not in stock. I changed by order easily with an email and the product shipped right away. Awesome service.
