The service they offer you couldn't be more happy with tackledirect. I'm so glad they had the manufacture codes for fishing rode, here in Australia they just don't do that so you never know what the product is.

Great experience shipping was in time and if it wasn't in stock they sipped the items as soon as they where in they sent emails when the items where shipped and when they would be there

Received a rod with a broken tip
Repaired it my self because I did not want to wait around for another 4 weeks for a replacement.
On the upside I was reimbursed 10 bucks for the repair kit ok solution but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

The quality of the items I bought i.e bass casting sinkers had better swivels than competitors. You offered Maxquatro by Power Pro that neither Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's carry.
