TackleDirect is one of a few online retailers that I turn to for gearing up for fishing. With a good selection and timely delivery, I'd rate them as a pretty good source.
I've been satisfied with the products I've received, having ordered from them a few times. Delivery time is decent. The impression I get is that they cater to the saltwater scene more than freshwater fishing, so this tends to be where I go for saltwater tackle acquisition. I will almost certainly order from them again, whenever I have to scratch that particular itch. Mostly, though, I fish freshwater.

I gave you comments when this order was botched up and you didn't do a thing. I had to follow up on this mess: 1) you offered a service 2) I paid you for that service 3) you failed to provide that service due to problems with you system 4) I had to ask for a refund of what I paid for the service and you didn't pay it 5) I had to follow up on this failure 6) you insisted on a copy of the receipt for what I paid for this service before refunding what you had already taken from me (which you should have done at the very start without any prompting from me).
I would buy again.
