I have always been impressed with the sales and service at tackle direct, and will continue to use them in the future. I have had questions in past and their qualified staff answered them spot on, give them my personal thanks.
I never received what i ordered from July... they did not handle anything well.
For the second time they have divided my order and then overcharged what the total should have been. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes to try to resolve this issue over the phone.
Early july order. Still have not received my fully paid order? Even drove to the store...
Still cant get my order. Wow. July really?

Great service good prices!
I had made an online order from tackledirect.com for over $1500 and I received shipment only worth $1000. All my balance items that was worth $550 have not been shipped, or shipped they shipped it elsewhere! (All these items were in stock and too).
I have been frantically trying to get in touch with Tackledirect since almost the last 35days with literally hundreds of phone calls to their toll free and multiple emails. But there has been ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from their end. It has been over a month and my orders haven't been delivered to me.
I am extremely disappointed with their customer service support and their irresponsible behaviour.! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!

A true anglers paradise! Everything you need and so much more. Competitive prices and TD's wealth of knowledge is unsurpassed.
I received my order quickly, but one of the bottles had broken in transit. I called and a new replacement was sent promptly. The woman I spoke with was knowledgeable and polite.
I have not got a chance to take out my new rod and reel combo, but all that I ordered showed up in perfect shape and exactly as described.
Simple, easy to order and on the east coast
Overall the site was great and the shopping was good. I really appreciated the email updates after the order was placed. It took me a long time however to actually place an order with the gift card I had received. The reason is that several of the products I was looking for I did not find on the website. Ultimately I purchased a net that I had had my eye on. I am more than satisfied with the net, but it may be awhile till I purchase anything there again since my daily needs weren't available. It won't keep me from checking back periodically as I price match.
