When the order is fulfilled with no issues then all is fine. However, as someone who's purchased multiple times from Tackle Direct, when there ARE issues it's difficult to get someone on the line. Furthermore, sometimes things are listed in-stock and end up not shipping at all because they are not in stock. 90% of the time ordering from Tackle Direct is fine, 10% of the time made me take my first choice elsewhere. Amazon Prime actually.

Good service, quick delivery
The prices and quality of various products are great. The only knock i have is there is a lot of stuff to wade through to get what you want. Searching can either be fun or tedious depending on what I'm looking for.
If possible, it might be better to group products by catch type/species/fishing location. Being out in Oregon, we fish for sea bass, lingcod, halibut, salmon and albacore tuna as the main species. Not sure if that is possible to create a filter to that degree, but it would be very helpful.
