Orderd 3 item's. On delivery only 2 arrived. Called Tackle Direct and they stated one Item was backordered. Approximately a week later received the backordered item.
Just would have appreciated if they let me know the item was backordered.
Company should contact customer instead of customer having to contact company on the whereabouts of a paid for item.
My order had shown delivered however I didn't receive it on the date that it said it was delivered. I ended up getting it the Day after it had shown being delivered.

One question. Yes I have received all of my orders. Tackle Direct went out of their way to make sure I received my material. I screwed up my order, when I confused Tackle Warehouse with Tackle Direct. One day I am dealing with Tackle Direct, then Tackle Warehouse. Is like my computer changed company, I dont know how this happen. You guys have been great to work with. Stay Healthy
