Cant get a hold of anyone on the phone for hours no response to email my order is ******* it's a 5 foot 6inch ugly stik I e mailed if it cant be delivered by may 10 2020 I want a full refund I got no answer on phone or e mail and please dont blame the virus.

Didn't get my order that they say was delivered and I tried to contact TackleDirect and was on hold for 30 min one day and the next 45 min with no answer or how much longer to wait for someone to answer please help me in resolving the problem with the order

Understanding the covid crisis, things are not normal now so no hard feelings. But, when I placed my order on April 5, my credit card was charged then and there. I was not told into weeks later that my purchase was on back order. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls during this time to you. Only one email was returned letting me know it was back ordered. I tried calling and emailing for weeks to cancel the order to no avail. Eventually I also discovered that you charged me double the shipping costs that the vendor would have charged me. Not trivial at over $100 for shipping alone. Eventually when I finally got someone on the phone, 3 weeks into this affair, my order showed up two days later and half my shipping costs were refunded. All is well that ends well, as the saying goes. I must say though the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I may be hesitant to order from you again. I realize that these are difficult times. But...I order a lot of fishing gear and packages are showing up daily at my house. No other vendor seems to be having the issues fulfilling orders that you are having. When amazon will get me a package in less than 48 hours with free shipping, what's the incentive to buy from you again?
