Did not learn that the item we purchased was on backorder until we paid for it. Took quite a while to get it.
This order was fine. My order on 4 May 2000 must be lost in space. I have not heard anything about it since ordering. Called twice and hung up after waiting 45 minutes to the recording. Order #*******. I thought it was in stock when I ordered, but evidently it was not. I emailed tackle direct 2 days ago and have not received a personnel response. Not a happy camper at this time.
