The cart experience could stand improvement. The +/- system is glitchy and skips from 1 to 3 to 5 while trying to add items. Skips right over 2 and 4. Also when you try to go back to select a different color of the same lure it's confusing and requires starting all over from scratch. Still love the site, just trying to leave feedback!

Tried to phone in, wait time was too long... I have always been very happy with Tackle Direct, my question was about whether a discount code applied to the product I wanted to order.

Shipping took longer than calculated

I placed a few orders that was listed 'in stock' later received an email saying that some items were not in stock sadly. But it's only understandable during these times and the craziness that we have all experienced. Customer service was absolutely great! And I believe TD is a great provider. I would recommend purchasing from TD by my experience of shopping with them.

I was able to find what I was looking for which is not in any local stores.

I don't mind shopping here but I like to get all of my products at one time. I have other orders elsewhere, and sometimes I place another order with you'll before I received the first one. And any back order makes it hard to keep up

So far, so good. Missing a couple of items that I thought might be in stock given the excitement around the PowerPro Maxcuatro fishing line.
