The holders of this domain unfairly snagged it from a local web hosting company and are continuing to use our business name, our photos, and are misrepresenting a real business to solicit people's information via a Reservation Form. The company stole our information, and after countless letters, including a Cease & Desist from our attorneys, continue to misrepresent us in our hard-earned Search Results placements. The company is out of India, with offices in California. The restaurant that they are pretending to be is located in Southern Oregon (we luckily reposted the backup of our site to http://tabuashland.com, which is verified with Google's Webmaster Tools, and Google Places), and is a Nuevo Latin Cuisine restaurant, not some cheesy Italian place as the domain's simple Joomla template portrays it to be. Additionally, we don't take reservations online, and so customers are unwittingly submitting their information to this company that is pretending to be us, and then are showing up to hear that we have no tables reserved for them! This company is breaking the law, but until legal proceedings are over, they continue to keep misrepresenting our restaurant and hurting our reputation. This is ridiculous, and we have no idea how to stop it and continue to protect our reputation online.
