Well, I went to write a review a few days ago and didn't get around to it... It wasn't going to sound very flattering. But, now all I have to say is great things. One of my cloths dirty, stained. I emailed at first and did not get an answer. Once I picked up the phone and got customer service they made me feel like I was their only customer. Took care of the problem right away. Really impressed. Still waiting on that email response, LOL.

Bought a $150 tablecloth from here. Quality and packaging were awful. Website very confusing about returns. It was a CMQ item -- my bad for not digging deeper into what a CMQ item was and going to the separate page where they say these items are not returnable. They did agree to give me a partial refund of $61 for a $150 item (shipping and restocking). This does not include my cost to ship the item back. So, I will get $40 back on an item that is poor in quality and totally unusable for my needs,

Back in September I threw my mom a surprise 60th. Being out of my mind I decided that I didn't' want to use the venues white table cloth but I had to have purple. Found them online and ordered not only 16 round table clothes but 50 cloth napkins. Less that a week before the party I remembered that I was doing a head table and placed a last minute order. There was no kind of rush shipping to get it there. I quickly emailed them to see if there was anything I could do. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and kind and she made it happen. I got everything I needed from them in plenty of time for the party. I will be using them for my wedding... no doubt in my mind. They have earned a customer.

I read all the glowing reviews and was very excited to find this place. I order quite a few napkins, enough to qualify for free shipping. The quality was very poor, loose threads, ragged and crooked seams, etc. No problem, I'll just return them. Customer service is very very hard to deal with. I finally got a response and they said they don't take returns (must have missed that) but they would make an exception with a re-stock fee. Okay. Took quite a while to get the return authorization number, but I sent it back FedEx as they requested at my own expense. Then, no refund. Tracking showed it delivered. Again contacted customer service. They were going to look into it. No response followed. Finally I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they resolved it.
