I would like to commend Dee from the Executive Office with working with me with a issue in the ACP program. She was professional and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was so happy that she showed T-Mobile cared, that I actually cut the cable and signed up to T-Mobile Home Internet that has not just saved me money each month, but the latency is much better than what Xfinity provided. Thank you, Dee!
Their towers suck can't get a reception. Their T-Mobile home internet is unreliable. So if you're thinking on getting it, just go somewhere else. Not worth the time, nor the hafter they bought out Sprint. They've gotten worse. I had phone lines with them. And they went down 3 times a day. Customer care reps don't care all it ISIS money switch why you can or if you're not switch, do not switch.
I was assisted by a representative named Nathaniel in the Philippines office today. He was so sweet and so helpful he was genuinely concerned about helping me get my service working. He went above the bar, I definitely appreciate him. I've been with T Mobile forever and he's by far been the most helpful representative I've spoken to.
I like using this mobile network because they offer some every great data plans. I do not have to worry about using a lot to get my data bundle. The signal reception is also good I can make clear calls even to people in other countries.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years, an amazing team member named TC helped me at Tmobile and I switched to there company because of her! I recently went into the Auburn Branch very skeptical about switching Cell phone companies as I have been with my current carrier for several years. I was first met by Elijah at the counter who I found extremely pleasant and helpful in the research for my new phone. After a bit of confusion with a previous employee that dealt with my husband when we worked with his phone. I was ready to walk away but then Tammy was gracefully helpful in clearing up the confusion and helped in putting the deal together for my husband and my self on the new phone and hot spot. Thank you very much to both Tammy and Elijah for all of there help in making the switch very pleasant.

Ron in amsterdam office very helpful and professional no matter how many times I called him or how many questions I asked. He made the migration from sprint easier where sprint was difficult to deal with. Would recommend Ron to anyone.

Danny M assisted me in purchasing a Galaxy watch #4 a couple weeks ago, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The watch is defective and does not hold a proper charge, so today Danny was able to take back the defective watch and order a new one for me...even though it took him an hour to convince Customer Service to accommodate to do so without charging me more. Danny was polite, conscientious and really went to bat to help Mr. He is in the San Marvos, CA store, on Rancho Sante Fe Rd.
I had questions about the T mobile service, and I contacted a costumer service helper through text with the t mobile app, they were really kind and understanding of the problem and they said there was a outage in my area and they are working on fixing it, also the weather was raining and it's storming, and the t mobile assistant, helped with a estimate time that it could take, and even with that estimate it the assistant was very kind and helpful fulfilling the questions I've asked even though they were working on it still, so thanks to the t mobile assistants I've had a amazing experience with them helping me figure it out!
Tip for consumers:
Be kind and understanding too with the worker because they don’t know everything!! No one does!

My sister accidentally broke my uncle's phone.
My sister waited on the phone (4/9/2023) for 2 hours. Hung up. Don't blame her.
My uncle was getting surgery (4/11/2023) waited on hold for 2 hours until he had to leave for the hospital. Don't blame him.
My cousin, Sam, (Uncle Ron's son) waited on hold for 3 hours (4/11/23) and had to hang up because he had to go to work. Don't blame him.

I made a call to the store, Young man named TREY answered the phone, he was so pleasant and informative, never made me feel as if my questions were redundant (and they were) just very professional! I don't know his job position but he is awesome! Very patient bc I'm positive I asked some of the questions twice! He gave great information and I will be visiting the store very soon just bc of him!

I call to see if any deals were available. She told me my plan and then try to upgrade to 95$ for almost the same plan. I've been with t-mobile since 2000 but thinking about changing to xfinty. She was very rude and I couldn't understand her... I work in a very busy retail and lots of people moving to Texas. I always tell them what lights,cable,and phone company NOT TO USE..

T-Mobile has lost another customer, due to Overcharging, Broken Promises, Poor Customer Service and A Senior shouldn't be treated this way... Nobody should! Charged me for $105- for back copies of my own bills, then did not send anywhere near what I paid for, an hour on phone, 6 times on hold, finally Supervisor Lexy said within 24 hrs it'd be resolved... It wasn't, its not, and T-Mobile's not caring just cost me more $$$ than you can imagine. Shame on you, Angelo & Lexy.

We switched to T-Mobile in July 2022 and we are so happy we did. When we have a question we just go to the store and the people there answer it without issue. The phones are issue free, the data works great, we are able to share pictures of our grandchildren easily. The texting is super easy, and we will never use any other service for our cell phones.
Jenny ID ******* is the type of customer service I'm use to from tmobile. She didn't haggle me or act as if it was a chore to assist a loyal long term faithful customer. She explained things very clearly and made sure I wasn't ever inconvenienced. She allowed me to explain uninterrupted and also apologized for experiences with tmobile that had nothing to do with the care she was providing me. If every customer care representative was like her, T-mobile would be the only carrier needed in America. Please reward her with responsibility of management because she is ready to not only be the example but to set the example for others to follow. Promote now!

Turn all local store representatives in for lies or bad service. Call customer care & technical support for issues. Ask to speak to a supervisor 1st, then a manager and lastly the corporate office if you're getting the run around.
