“5 Thumbs up to Dee”

BRADLEY B.
3/20/23

I would like to commend Dee from the Executive Office with working with me with a issue in the ACP program. She was professional and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was so happy that she showed T-Mobile cared, that I actually cut the cable and signed up to T-Mobile Home Internet that has not just saved me money each month, but the latency is much better than what Xfinity provided. Thank you, Dee!

Their towers suck can't get a reception. Their T-Mobile home internet is unreliable. So if you're thinking on getting it, just go somewhere else. Not worth the time, nor the hafter they bought out Sprint. They've gotten worse. I had phone lines with them. And they went down 3 times a day. Customer care reps don't care all it ISIS money switch why you can or if you're not switch, do not switch.

... And they're friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I've had T-mobile phone service for over 5 years, but for a brief and horrible period when I was seduced by another carrier. Now I'm back with T-Mobile, and paying less.
So it occurred to me to turn to T-Mobile for my internet needs. Now I'll be saving $25 - $40+/month (my current carrier charges whatever they think they can get away with).
I just got my new equipment. No cables to snap in a storm. Just plug it in, scan the code. The instructions are very clear, even to an old fart like myself.
AND I get Paramount Plus for free for a year!
I win! T-Mobile rocks!

Go with T-mobile.

Unlike my current phone, T-MOBILE IS actually good, I give kudos to their design and the phone portability.
Although, along the line, not few months after I bought it, the battery started loosing durability,
But all the same, the product is nice,
It will be super good if they could increase the battery capacity.

I've been with tmobile 7years. Customer service is spotty but the most recent customer service agent I had-named Rose, was fantastic. She helped me resolve all my issues and took the time to explain my service and charges. Best customer service agent thus far from tmobile.

I have been with a few carriers, but T-Mobile has had, by FAR, THEE best service. I see some of these reviews, and they remind me of when my father complains about his phone not working, as he doesn't know how to use it, mostly because he purchased a brand new Moto 6 expecting to get iPhone performance. I Started with T-mobile purchasing/paying off, an iPhone 11… it's been roughly 3 years without having any issues. Not ONE. The only problem I have right now is purchasing a new phone while staying with T-Mobile. Though the deals are not great, but I will stay with T-Mobile for the foreseeable future. Verizon, AT&T, no other service carriers comp air to T-mobile if you want to pay off a new phone while having great service. If you are going to buy a $50 Moto G, or Galaxy A-03, you should expect what a $50 phone can do in performance.
The service is not what is holding you back, it is your phones $3 cpu. You expect all phones to work exactly the same…$50 phones should work just as well as a brand new $1400 iPhone right?
This is the problem with the world, you all got participation trophies as kids, so you expect to do less while receiving the same reward as the teams mvp. There is a reason iPhones are $1000+ and the Moto G is $50. Using a $50 phone with T-Mobile is like buying 93 octane gas for your 1987 dodge shadow… it doesn't make your ride just as pleasant as driving in a Mercedes simply because it sounds expensive. I understand many can not afford monthly payments to pay off phones, but those who can not do so, or having buyers remorse, should not complain pointing fingers at the service. I am so sick of everyone's entitlement spewing from their pores. I get heated when children do not understand the world, so I digress…. My reason for 4 stars, and if T-Mobile is reading, please come out with better plans for existing customers. Also, I am currently using Verizon for home internet as T-Mobile does not yet offer service in area of *******, please expand 5g home internet, and give existing customers a little bit of a better deal on phones… please, and thank you - John, Holmdel NJ

I love the way customer service upgrades the acct benefit for the month if customer has a complaint. They are really trying to make customers happy which is excellent service. However, I returned a phone back to tmobile irmo location and mngr issued me refund paper and said corporate off will mail me check. That was 3 months ago. I'm going round in circles with customer service and the store Mngr for 3 months to get my $180 refund. T-Mobile needs to have a better way to get refunds issued to customers 4 valid returns. 3 months is way too long. When store Mngr said T-Mobile would send me email to resolve the refund issue, T-Mobile just sent me email to go back to the store manager. I went to the store Mngr 4-5 times regarding my refund. I hope to get my refund soon! I spend lots of money, time and gas money to keep going back to the store Mngr regarding my refund. I call customer service and they always refer me back to the store Mngr. One time, the store worker told me there's nothing they can do to help me since the corporate office is the one that issues refund checks. I got the impression that the store isn't allowed to issue me a cash refund because their store doesn't hold that much money?

I've been using a T-Mobile career for 4 years. I am totally satisfied with its service, the prices are a bit high but they worth it. Any time I needed support, the T-Mobile staff always helped me find the resolution.

I was going on trip to Philly from NYC. The device had steady connection all the way down the NJ Turnpike. Facebook/Google Maps/Amazon pages were opening good. Battery life is about 3.5 hours and it does give some heat, but not scorching. I could keep it in shirt pocket. I always turned it off when not in use, so I didn't encounter the sleep problems people faced.

I lent the device to a friend who used it with her Kindle fire and she loved the speeds.

Ive been using this device for about a month and I'm very satisfied with the performance. Initial setup was not a problem for me, I was able to configure the device and start using it after charging it up.

For my job I'm on the road a lot so I keep it in the car. My iPad keeps a solid connection to it, and waking it from sleep mode takes probably 2 seconds. The speeds are very surprising and fast! My best speedtest broke the 10mb barrier more than once. Even in an EDGE area the speeds are still not bad.

After over ten years with the company, I decided to upgrade, and add a few additional lines and it went downhill from there. It took over 10 calls to different regions to finally have my correct plan as agreed.
First, it appears that getting the new lines important than my satisfaction.
It seems the Richmond, VA-based office was trying to undercut the package deal created by the international center.
When I called to make sure that the plan agreed to was in place, after I waited for over two weeks from when T-Mobile sent out the incorrect telephone, a manager (Expert) as they claimed came on line and wanted me to accept a plan that I never agreed to, and told me that they were incorrect and that he would have his manager call me after I told him that as long as he wasn't the owner, there is someone over him.
I am still waiting, but credit to the international office that sometimes gives poor reviews for some who may have personal issues with these out of the U.S. calls, the issue was resolved
It is a long story, and you do not need to read my gripe. However, I am still with them, and they are good if you only if you don't have to call them for a few things. As a result, I took off one star for simply poor customer service.

They All the Same!

The idea that most of these telecommunication companies new focus is to get to you to buy the latest gadgets, some of the customer service gets lost once you are stuck on a payment plan.
The essential point comes down to where you planned to travel, location and how much data you want to access daily. The reality is that you are not on a personal computer and can accept that these gadgets have limitation despite few difference in data plan you will be fine on any network.
Now that Ive set the expectation, like many other places, such as selling a used car, you are the best person until you leave that car lot with the vehicle. T-Mobile work for me during my international travels, and the older basic plan works. Now if I drop that, the same plan cost more.
Ive been with this company for over 10 years, we have had break-ups and disagreements, but back together.
Overall, Ive gotten great service, and if I stay away from a certain (U. S) location of customer service associates after your call is transferred, my concerns have always been resolved.
So, on that note, T-Mobile remain solid in my book.
If anyone comes with a better plan, and telephone price on the same network, I may consider switching.

I have planned to buy a Smartphone online. At the time one of my friends suggested to purchase from t-mobile.com and said me that it is one of the best company.
So I ordered one phone from them, and they delivered the product within the 3 business days. Their customer support team is not responding properly.
I have send a mail to them after paying the bill but there is some delay in reply. Otherwise the product quality is just okay.

My service is the worst it just goes in and out, straight talk from Walmart gets better service. Proof from comparing with a buddy, and they charge out the wazoo, just to many glitches, it is literally like they block your service sometimes. Cannot believe this!

Knowing that I would be somewhere with no Internet access for a couple of weeks, I researched several "MiFi" devices. Because they were all fairly similar, my choice was based on T-Mobile's 'pay-as-you-go' option.

I like the fact that they make getting new phones easy and all their ideas are great. With that being said there coverage at least for me makes those ideas very hard to take advantage of such as free music on some steaming services without data. You still have to have a connection. Speaking of connection it is nonexistant most of the time or it is too slow to even bother with, most times if rather pull into a fast food place and use their WiFi instead of looking something up right where I am. I went to att and came back for reasons unknown at this point. Coverage sucks in my area I often drop calls when driving on the high way and you can forget about making a call or sending a text on a building with more than four floors. They have WiFi calling but it doesn't even work 99% of the time. But I mean not including data I have a cheap bill. You what you pay for I guess.

I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run.

Love the cheaper fees than ATT and the no-contract policy. What I didn't like is that the ATT cancelation fees, which Tmobile pays for, are pretty difficult to apply for, since their website URl didn't exist. Also quality of network is not as good as ATT, but I love to save $50/month for a bit less coverage (in Miami).
