I would like to commend Dee from the Executive Office with working with me with a issue in the ACP program. She was professional and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was so happy that she showed T-Mobile cared, that I actually cut the cable and signed up to T-Mobile Home Internet that has not just saved me money each month, but the latency is much better than what Xfinity provided. Thank you, Dee!
Their towers suck can't get a reception. Their T-Mobile home internet is unreliable. So if you're thinking on getting it, just go somewhere else. Not worth the time, nor the hafter they bought out Sprint. They've gotten worse. I had phone lines with them. And they went down 3 times a day. Customer care reps don't care all it ISIS money switch why you can or if you're not switch, do not switch.
My Name is Greg and I been a customer of over 2 decades, or as your representatives used to say a vip customer.
However all my loyalty and the tons of money I spent over the decades meant nothing to you guys and just dropped me.
All this happened as I had to be out of the country for a family medical emergency that turned out very bad. I lost my father and other members.
I was in communication with your representatives as often as possible but no one ever raised the possibility of me losing all my services. In fact was told that even though my services have been disconnected that I will be given a courtesy to turn on as I was heading back to the country. It never happened.
Now I am told I lost my numbers and will never get back. Of course there is also a small balance but was told that even if paid I still get no service.
What I would like is for you to train your representatives better.
A dedicated phone number because it seems when I had service I was treated better but now that I had to call 800 # no care at all, I was essential told sorry but you need a new account.
Although not happy with how treated If you can help this loyal customer of decades with a mutual agreeable term, please let me know
Greg
Tip for consumers:
provide as many details as possible but no personal identifiable information
Shay at my local T-Mobile store was great, but it took two hours to finish our business, after I had already done all the heavy lifting on-line or via phone. This is because she kept running into the same problems I did: Poor communication internally. Sales says one thing, credit department says another. Local store rep had to keep calling because information was not being sent to her laptop, as it should have been. Spotty customer service and questionable technology. But the other companies that serve my area have even worse reviews, and since I'm dropping cable, I need a separate internet connection.
Tip for consumers:
Most of the negative reviews have to do with cell phones. I'm hoping home internet will be better. And try to use a local T-Mobile store, if possible, rather than via phone or website.

Just want to submit a comment. T-Mobile does great for deals for new customers but not for current customers. Especially customers that have been on android and want to switch to iphone. Have no prior iPhone to exchange. Only android. The only way to get a good deal on new iphone is to switch phone companies. All companies have this issue, not just T-Mobile where they have great deals for bringing on new customers just not for current customers. Something to think about.
I switched to T-Mobile we arranged to pay 160 a month got a bill 194 after talking with T-Mobile I got it back down at 160 a month thank you T-Mobile

I got two cell phones and four lines I met them in person
Don't trust T Mobile when they tell you your bill is a certain amount! I have been paying other fees as if paying for my bill and someone elses. I am usually charged a extra 30 to 60 dollars a month without stating what the extra charges are for. Also do not fall for their "Free" phone plan! When you add up the extra payments on their phone from providing your own phone... you can buy 4 of the same phones with their extra charges. Don't get suckered into that scheme! I am done with them and switching companies. Update: I returned everything back over to T mobile. Instead of billing me where I canceled my service with them, they are sending my bill to collections as a act of revenge where they was going to charge me a 70 dollar hidden fee outside my billing cycle and charge it again added to my bill which would have been 200 dollars. NO 5G internet and cellphone service anywhere cost 270.00 dollars a month. Also I found out T Mobile are also a Banking Institution like USAA insurance. Any company that offers dual service tied to a bank will steal money from you any way they can. I am now with Verizon, same service and a whole lot cheaper!
Tip for consumers:
Beware! T Mobile is also a Banking Institution

We moved from Verizon to T-Mobile because of the constant price increases and their nickel and diming. Although we are paying less the service in our area is not as good and now, they are starting to do the same thing Verizon has been doing. The latest is to receive the $10.00 discount for auto pay you can no longer use a credit card, only debit or your checking account. The beginning of death by a thousand cuts!
I loved TMOBILE for the last 4 years, great customer service (customer based REPS BY "Team")They really helped me, always financially, never got shut off. We all know how important that is. I always paid but on a payment arrangement. They worked FOR me, not against ME like they've done for the part year and they're still going strong. I'll need to switch, but they're all blood thirsty for as much $$$ as they can get. Too bad TMobile, you were making it rich being nice and empathetic.
Tip for consumers:
Should have "past" review stars and " present" service review stars . Its always good in the beginning.....then it goes downhill to crap!
I wanted to shut my phone. Off I switched to a better company. And they wouldn't answer my question I told them I am not paying for service when I canceled it. The person who I was talking to said yes you are. They are the meanest. Customer service. And I tried to ask them they said I seen it already wouldn't help me at all and just left the chat gave it to someone else.
Slow speeds. Poor service.
Typical left hand not knowing what the right is doing company. I'd avoid them if possible.
Heaven forbid you are human and make a mistake selecting a pre-paid plan. Even if you call in minutes after the mistake T-Mobile WILL NOT fix the error. To add to it, it was for a hot spot and for 50GB unlimited data plan for $50 and I accidently selected a voice, text and data plan for $50 that would not provide data to my hot spot. For $20 more they provided me with 18GB instead of 50GB and cannot help if I run out of data before my month ends.
As long time sprint customer, when T-mobile took over I sought in store customer service care to upgrade to comparable T-mobile plan. First, they put me on a plan designed for 2x many phones I have. After talking with T-mobile on phone they gave me a credit.great. However now, T-mobile charged me exactly double for the plan and three other phones on plan acct. No credit to alleviate the higher charges as they said its because you changed plans mid cycle. This is bad customer care. Customer service people were with foreign accent so not sure how this would have gone with American English speaking rep.
Trying all day to redeem. 2:00 pm oops page. Called cs still got the oops! Page 7:00pm same oops.
Should have changed.

T-mobile on Foxcroft in Martinsburg WV - Customer service from the store has been good, but the phones we bought when we were transferred from Sprint are a nightmare. OnePlus Nord N10 is a fine phone when it works. But it is buggy as hell. And this is not just a lemon - we got three of them and they have all been bad. One phone has been replaced once or twice, and the refurb phones they give us are exactly the same. Display will go dim to the point of being unreadable in any light, and phone has to be rebooted. Video recording will frequently crash. Sometimes the pink screen of death that requires a complete factory reset. Everyday, even multiple times a day. I just had video recording crash 5 times in a row before I restarted the phone. Warranty is useless. These phones aren't broken - they are all just crap and when you complain you just get another one. Very dissatisfied.
I was with AT&T for several years but they were constantly changing rules and pricing which caused me to be on the phone with them just about every other month. Finally I had enough, researched other carriers and decided on T-Mobile. On May 2,2023 we purchased 2 new phones and other pricey accessories, and within our new (Contract) plan the agreement was that I could use a credit card for autopay and receive a $10 monthly credit. It worked for all of 1 month, before they changed their agreement. Don't be fooled, the uncarrier aka T-Mobile is no different than any other carrier because, although we have a 'contract', they changed rules midstream by now ONLY allowing debit or bank draft for the autopay discount. This change was obviously in the works when we signed up, but not a word was spoken in its regard. I hate being misled and lied to. I am deeply disappointed in them because I thought they were different, sadly they are not.
Price is good. Service not so much. Coverage area is not great. Service inside buildings is terrible, especially outside city limits
I bought my Sony Xperia from t mobile, it was just fantastic. Good customer service, good quality calls, they sell original phones
~im not really into the T-mobile service, as I live in the country they do not do business in. But the roaming with them was a good experience for me. Thanks for reading!
Most people might have smart phones, but there are still countless who want just a flip phone. The T-Mobile website no longer has flip phones, and the cheapest smart phone is over $100. (The phone has many terrible review, too.) Not everyone wants to do all sorts of things with their phone. Some people still just want to talk or possibly text. T-Mobile should stop ignoring those buyers. They should also get different music when they place people on hold for customer service. The music they play just verifies their main interest is young buyers, not older ones. Not everyone is either young or wants to go to Walmart and get on a family plan. Not everyone wants to go visit a T-Mobile store either. The website should have the widest range of phones, not the stores.
T-Mobile products break to easily for me, the design of their phones and OS is very clean and fluid, unfortunately that's the only real benefit.
It's a very simple phone that will basic feature. So after lot a searching finally set my mind on it. Small phone yet good grip, speakers are loud enough, voice clarity good. Torch is really useful. But battery performance is poor. Apart from this facility, the phone is good.
I am not fully satisfied the customer service of T-Mobile. I have purchased my mobile from them 5 months back and now there are many problems it has. I don't know what I will do.
I am ordered a Nokia Lumia 635 a few days ago. Now I am receiving my product. I think this online site is very good. Their customer service is very good they help me lot. I am very satisfied with this. I am definitely suggesting my friends to this site for requiring different products.
So, make sure you are 100% clear on what you are buying. Their marketing is a bit deceptive and you end up paying more than you thought you would. Things labeled free aren't really all that free, it's a marketing ploy...you're still paying. Their accessories are sooooo expensive and not better quality than you can buy third party. They changed me $40 per screen protector! What a rip off for a screen protector that broke in the first week. Of course, they want me to return the broken item which is now in the trash. I have no box or pieces of screen protector so they don't bother to credit me. I got a screen protector off a website that works just fine for $10. They say that the taxes are rolled into the advertised price but the bill ends up being more in the end. Way more deceptive marketing than AT&T or Verizon.
Tip for consumers:
I actually like the service, but the sales end was so sketchy. Probably my worst phone sales experience. Shady, shady, shady. Customer services is very nice but they're not really going to help out or take circumstances into account.

The phone is fine, but that's Samsung, not TMobile. Tmobile's marketing is SHADY as can be. They're not very accommodating with the refunds on broken accessories either. Their markup on accessories is OBSCENE. Don't buy accessories from TMobile. Their advertising on the pricing of service isn't quite a bait and swtich but they're merky on the language.
I have been a loyal customer of T-Mobile for years on their plan for seniors. I have NEVER missed a payment. I use auto pay through my credit card. Now the company that promises price lock guarantee is removing my auto pay discount resulting in a $10 a month increase. So much for price lock. T-Mobile that has had at least two (2) security breaches in the past ( That we know of) and is penalizing me because I choose to protect myself through my credit card security and will not give them my bank account numbers. Imagine that, the company that has had security breaches wants my banking information. Where is T- Mobiles loyalty to the good customers who pay on time.
Get thanked on Tuesday and screwed on payment day. Very disappointed.
The whole price lock & customer care bit is hypocritical.
T-Mobile is America's Best Unlimited Network. No annual contracts, no roaming charges, no taxes and fees, plus many perks and benefits. Call 1.800. TMOBILE to make a purchase today!
