T-Mobile's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from perceived deceptive practices regarding promotions and service quality. Many customers report issues with billing, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties in resolving problems, leading to frustration and a sense of betrayal. While some reviews acknowledge initial satisfaction with service and product offerings, the overwhelming sentiment reveals a trend of distrust and disappointment, particularly concerning support after the sale. This feedback suggests a pressing need for T-Mobile to enhance its customer service approach and better honor promotional commitments to rebuild trust and retain customers.

A shout out and thank you to SONJA at the store earlier today when she helped me. Sonja greeted me right away and then proceeded to devote her time to answering my questions. EXCELLENT customer service and very patient answering my questions about T-Mobile out of the country. I have had three terrible experiences with the T-Mobile in Ponte Vedra Beach (2 miles from my home) and this is the 3rd time I made the 26 mile round trip to this location to avoid the unpleasant attitude of the staff at my local location. Sonja should go teach the PVB people about what customer service means.
Nonamay was horrible you supposed to help the customers not to make a big issues please train your stuff how to be nice and to solve the problems bad customer service
Worse company ever! Fraudulent billing. They start you with a lower bill then it slowly creeps up! Customer service sucks. This company should be investigated!
I have been waiting for over a month now for a new upgrade only to finally find out that I received an e-mail saying it was canceled. Naturally I called them and they couldn't figure out what the problem was, they didn't provide much help all they can do is 'reprocess' it. Which now means I have to wait another 24 Hours before it even goes in, kind you, the phone was supposed to be here a week or two ago. While I was on the call they tried to get me to take advantage of their new 'promotion' which I declined, because last time I got a 'promotion' it up'd my bill quite a lot despite being told it would not effect my bill at all. This is super frustrating, I don't want to place another order, I already had a order and now I have to wait even longer, I estimate I'll probably get my new phone 2 months from now! And before you say "just get it physically!" I already tired that and said the deal was only available through the App/Website. This freaking ridiculous man. I want what I payed for and am very dissatisfied.
They took away my $5 discount because I had my credit card on auto pay and not my debit card. With all the fraud in this world you rather get my account compromised then my credit card? That really messed up! I'm pissed.
I start my service with sprint over 3 years T-Mobile take over I don't know how they do it to change services I didn't ask I find out they over charge me over 30 dollars for services I didn't ask, I call them they tell me they can't go the far they offer me 90 dollars I over pay more then 2k overtime. Please T-Mobile customer check your account I will not be surprised the they doing the same thing to you.
Worse company or whatever you want to call them! 1 1/2 years after complaining they finally offered me a booster for my home. GUESS WHAT? Still have problems! CSR has lied to me twice! Outsourced to the Philippines and can't understand them most of the time!
I just want to acknowledge the T-Mobile staff at our Butte, MT store. As we had actually purchased our plan through the carrier, but not at the location, and had questions, and wondered why we had two separate transactions, etc. and we were Seniors and could save some money by switching to that plan. The staff at the store were so helpful, particularly, Trenton who helped us out a lot
Great customer service around. Fast and friendly service. Very happy customer for over 18years Thanks T-Mobile, Sheila Bryant
I can hardly make phone call always looking for signal but they was so sweet when I purchased $#*! this garbage
I don't know were to begin with, wait time of 1.5 hour for a call back? 45 minutes of wait time after the call back, being disconnected after the 45 minutes or when the representative called Dayna answered.
I asked her to note my number and call me if we get disconnected but that did not help when she wanted to connect me to my account representative and I was disconnected. The irony is that despite having the last 4 digit of our business tax ID # my name, my password, my phone # and my business # she could not say why I could not log in to my password.
Best thing to do for your shareholders is fire your CEO.
Absolutely the worst reception EVER! 5G my A! Apple had to run diagnostics on my NEW phone & call t mobile 4me to just get me help & again I had to reset my network settings again just now with full bars bc nothing worked this IS absolutely ridiculous! Add insult to injury the local store argued with me about reception & said a$20 fee applied to payment arrangements etc …
I went into T-Mobile and I was told I can have a phone for free that and so that's on the basis that I signed a contract and now I get told my phone isn't for free because my previous provider wasn't is not under that option well I wasn't told that when I purchased the contract And that's misleading and they had no right to do that they could've told me the truth and told me the amount that I would be paying so I told him that I would be voicing my opinion and it was misleading
I signed on with Sprint. They sold to T-Mobile, I wasn't asked if I wanted to go to T-Mobile I was given no choice. Yet, when I tried to get my device serviced by T-Mobile they said I was still part of Sprint. I cannot return the devices and I am not part of T-Mobile.
Their service is Crappy everywhere I go. I am getting only 1 bar but they claim they have great service everywhere. Don't believe them it is a lie. Go to Verizon or ATT
I don't know why people would right bad review on T-Mobile. I've been with him for over 10 years and I've never had a problem but I have unlimited everything and my phone is updated to the new ones every couple years and I only pay 55 a month for all unlimited everything and I've never had a problem so if you ask me it's the people that caused the problem not T-Mobile. Anyway I think T-Mobile is a great company and have great service and I wouldn't change for anything. Thank you T-Mobile for me you are the best.
I was calling to figure out my best options and to get information to possibly switch to T-mobile. I didn't want to fill out the application right then and there & the representative was rude and hung up on me mid-sentence. I guess he made my choice for me. Never t-mobile & their customer service.
Yeah first we had a tmobile on Huntington and first Ave in Arcadia they closed that then we had one on Huntington in monrovia now they closed that one now we have to drive to duarte and that place is crowded! Why? Because these cheap $#*!s can't keep enough stores open!
If I wanted T mobile I would have gotten it 15 years ago! I signed up with sprint. This is the worst service we have had in our lives. 3 lines and we cannot even get eachother on the phone and when we finally do it hungs up. Intermittent texts. Only can talk on speaker...etc... I called again to let tmoble know and guess what, the phone hung up as usual when put on hold, and the rep said he could not even see our multiple dropped calls... We are looking for new phone service. AsAP!
Tried to cancel my account. They won't let me until the 8th of next month. Still going to charge me for the whole billing cycle.
I had dead spots. Didn't always have 5 G.
Go to another carrier.
Samsung phone never worked right since new! I Broke it slamming on ground pay $100.00 on top for deductible and the same S#@t push on app get another! Tmobil cant fix F%$k Tmobil!
Answer: Take the cheapest, clunkiest, most useless data coverage you can imagine. Now imagine it not even working. You pay for something that is USELESS.
Answer: This is typical of t-mobile. It will not let me leave a review.
Answer: T-Mobile will let you keep your old number... IF IT IS AVAILABLE. I do not know the requirements or rules, but years ago, I was allowed to keep a number I had had for years past.
Answer: See, your other customers see the same thing. In plain words, you suck ass.
Answer: Better Business Bureau is the only way to force an american to talk to you
