This had to be THE WORST company I ever dealt with. Horrendous customer service, cell service is the WORST! No one knows what they're doing at T-Mobile. Talk to 5 different Reps, and told 5 different things. How is this possible if they're looking at the same account. I will be porting several lines to another company ASAP!

T Mobile has completely ripped me off and does nothing but offer lip service. I have contacted them numerous times about unlocking the iPhone 14 I bought there a couple of months ago. I have been in the store and have spent hours on the phone with them. Yet here I sit, still without an unlocked phone.
The phone was completely paid off and is fully mine, so it has been extremely frustrating that I can't even use it. I canceled my T Mobile line because I was sick of the exorbitant fees I was paying. The cheapest line they could offer me was $70 a month. My plan was to switch over to Mint, where I would be paying $15 a month for unlimited everything. But then I found out that the phone was locked and I was not able to switch over.
I have made 6 or 7 requests and they keep telling me that it will take 24-72 hours to process. That time frame has elapsed many times now as it's been over TWO WEEKS since I have paid the phone in full and requested the unlock. I've reached the end of my rope with them! In the meantime, I can't make or receive calls (which has cost me a lot of business) and can only use it when I'm connected to wifi. I rely heavily on my GPS for work and I can't use that, either. I can't wait to be done with T Mobile forever and move on to Mint.
We went to T-Mobil for the perks of free Netflix and senior discount. At home, while standing next to the router I would get the "no network" message. Dropped calls, calls going to voicemail, or call not going through IS a normal thing. Even with the discount this is the worst value I have ever encountered with any cellphone company. The service reps have told me that there is a problem with the cell towers and gave me a months free service, I would rather have a reliable service and pay full price. Terrible is a mild description of the service we have gotten from T-Mobil. I feel that a one star rating is overly generous. This time trying to save money was foolish.
T-mobile has provided the worst service I have ever witnessed! My mom and I wanted to receive an estimate for phone plans. We received an estimate after five hours on the phone and we denied their service. After talking with Support, Manager, and some other unknown T-Mobile employee I have been charged each month for cell phone bill that I don't have. Or a cell phone number that I don't have. Please think twice about going with this cell phone service, I called repeatedly to cancel the so-called bill but they still continue to bill me. This is unfair. Please be cautious.
TMo has not only overcharged me, it even placed me in collection. I started to migrate out of the company in Feb 2023, I was promised it will end when billing cycle is completed in March. I also paid in full the charges unpaid, including lines that were not authorized nor used. In my next check, my account was not terminated, so the billing cycle for March I paid again, Next promise was termination for the following month. Again I paid. TMo gave me another bill, and then placed me in collection. Very Terrible really. I do not recommend for new users especially to seek a subscription from another company. I have been with T-Mobile for yrs, never had a complaint till now. Back at the end of July my husband and I went to get new phones. My husband got the new Samsung and I pre ordered the fold (which didn't drop till 8/11) we also got all the accessories for both. On 8/1 my husband's phone and all the accessories came in. On 8/11 I went into my tmobile app to see when they were going to send my fold. It said completed 8/1. So I called tmobile, the person I talked to was confused also. It showed phone delivered, but had no esm number or any identifying information on the phone. I was told a ticket would go in and I would be reached put to in the next 5 to 7 days. On the 8th day I reached out again. Spent an hour on hold while they were trying to figure stuff out. Finally got on the phone with a supervisor who told me to he honest no one had even looked into my ticket. Mind you while they are investigating they are holding my 750 deposit and I can even go get a new one. Here I am still waiting for someone to contact me on this issue and still nothing. Beyond upset with how this whole situation is being handled.
Tried working with T mobile for 2 years, they are the worst. Customer support usually takes 20 min or more before connected, and it is often someone that does not speak english well.

I got a hold of a supervisor that told me good luck after 3 years being with them good luck with getting a new phone service but you'll still owe us for 5 months very disrespectful I would not go through T-Mobile at all my sisters warned me against them but guess I was dumb wish I could have gave him no stars
I got a plan at the beginning that was good but since I joined T-Mobile they scan me and change the plan by their self and made my payment be $150 extra. They are the biggest scammers do not join them!
Worst service ever. Whenever we call they say your plan has no offer you need to upgrade. They don't care for customers. Received final bill on 8-7-23, my check mailed to them on 8-8-23, T-mobile deposited check and funds removed from my account on 8-14-23. Another statement sent out on 8-7-23 with late payment of $1.50 added. Additional statement sent out on 8-11-23 from collection agency for amount of $50.00 without the $1.50 additional charge. Note that these statements were mailed out after receiving my payment.

Years back I would absolutely recommend t mobile, but now.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They do not care about loyalty or customer care AT ALL. If you have a problem,it is yours. I was with T Mobile for over 16 years. They were great. Great connectivity. Until I got a much better offer by another carrier that T Mobile could not match or come close to matchings. I understood that with new service discounts and all. But the customer service when I left was so horrendous. I was planning on coming back to T mobile after the year promotion was over but because of the poor customer service, I'm not going to do that anymore. Us one customers probably doesn't mean much to a big company like them but you lost a customer for life.
T-Mobil text me to change payment to bank debit to keep my $10 discount on auto-pay, and I did just that. My account clearly shows the change to direct bank payment, yet my payment jumps to $108 from $60! Go figure that out, because two phone call and no one knows the answer? Although I am in auto pay my account is charged for late fee!

T-Mobile took our equipment and gave us the same equipment, told us we were going to get 2 $200 visa gift cards amongst other promises. They took our equipment and would not give it back to us. They told us they couldn't. We ended up just giving them back their phones and saying forget it. We lost our equipment, which I will write a dispute on and gave them back their phones just to not have to deal with them. And we dealt with the store manager! I asked her yes or no questions that she would not answer and kept skirting the question. Finally I asked her if she could not answer the yes or no question and she said she could not answer. This is not a corporate store from my understanding. I own a company and have over the past 30 years in Northwest Arkansas and I would NEVER treat my customers this way! I would never lie to them either. It's all unfortunate, as I was physically ill over the situation. You can't trust them and their advertising is false and misleading. Don't get sucked in! I can't believe I did. Read the reviews...I wish I would have!
