I am calling the BBB on this company. I still haven't received my order and it is only a coffee mug. How hard is that? I have emailed them so many times without any response. WORST customer experience I have ever had. I feel as though this company is a SCAM! They take peoples money and either you do not receive or they ignore you! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...
The shirt received and it looks exactly as ordered, and I am happy about that. Their failure to communicate makes the whole process unreliable and thus untrustworthy.
Ordered sweat pants and received wrong size. Multiple emails to vendor produced no response. Complained through Paypal, received no response. Also ordered a custom shirt. Vendor reports it was shipped on 1/2.10 days later, no product and tracking number provided shows product is in transit but come on, it doesn't take 10 days to get from PA to FL, unless it was shipped by a one-legged duck wearing an eye patch. Tried calling vendor at 484-358-3144, which is the number listed on their domain registry host, and it is an invalid number. No responses to emails, no response to Paypal complaint.
Paying $34 for a hat it better be done well. It wasn't. Black marks over the image should be embarrassing.
I first have to say the product designs from the company are not to my personal liking. However the clothing fit, feel and quality were fantastic. I purchased a XL hoodie (6'4" 220lbs). But They have a unlimited array of items I could find anywhere else.
Why the 5 star review then, you may ask. This company went above and beyond with my discrepancy. It is really hard to find a company that still holds the type of values we as consumers are expecting. So to that I say bravo! Every company in America should be modeling T-FUNNY's customer service!
The order came on time, and was printed really nicely.The initial order had some confusion, but a quick email reply from the company resolved it within 15 minutes.

So the day after I ordered my Venture Bros hoodie! They told me they couldn't view the one I wanted. They messaged me early in the morning and I sent my photo. They also asked me for feedback on what browser I used and sent an email to their website developer the same day. I got my hoodie in 4 days. And I absolutely love it it's soft and just great! Will def be using this site again. They were helpful and timely. Don't know where all these bad reviews have come from.
I was a little unsure about this site, but I went ahead and made my custom hat, and payed for fast shipping. In about a week my one of a kind hat was in my hands and it was perfect. For custom hats at least. This site is great.
I had issue with the color of the design when I receive the product. They took ownership of the problem and quickly credited me the cost of the item. All items were shipped promptly and the other products were as I expected them to be.
My order was processed in a timely manner, I was informed when payment was made and I received my order when T-Funny said I would. I couldn't be happier especially as the product I ordered could not be obtained anywhere else.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS, do not buy anything from them, more than a month has passed since my order and they do not send me the merchandise or return my money
Bought 2 hats on April 3rd and they refuse to refund me message me oh and magically there website has vanished now!
Don't buy nothing from this people. Absolutely offer service rotten product bad customer service I would never ever use these people again.
I ordered a hoodie from this company and they sent the wrong item. I emailed them asking if i could just return it for a refund since it was for a friends birthday and I wouldn't not be able to get it exchanged for the correct item in time. They emailed back and gave me a form to fill out and told me to ship it back, so I did the very next morning. I sent it back and come to find out they wont refund my shipping! Horrible, horrible business etiquette. The customer service is unfriendly and didn't seem to genuinely care that they messed up my order to begin with.The logo on this hoodie they DID send was poor quality as well, bits of white on the edges where the graphic was cut. I do NOT recommend anyone order from a company who would rip off their customers.
Also, an even lower note to end on, these people are sketchy af, they sent a hoodie with an 8oz label, NO hoodie weighs 8 ounces LOL. They're totally screwing the post office and not paying for what they're actually shipping. The package weighed a pound and 4 oz total. Hopefully they're caught and fined or worse.
Don't order from here. Rip off!

I made a mistake on my order and they quickly fixed it for me and I was able to get my products. They were fantastic! The product quality is great and I will return for more products in the future!
