I ordered an item 2 days prior to their Chinese New Year. Figured it was okay to place the order since they accepted the payment right away. Well, I discovered that items would not be sent out until AFTER their holiday (1/31). No problem. Once that date had passed and I called to follow up on the status of the order, I got no reply for 2 days. Then someone said the item I ordered was out of stock, but would I take a different color. No problem. Asked if they could ship is expedited, and they said it would cost too much. Waited another 2 days to check the status... nothing. Fortunately, I ordered through Paypal. I emailed the company to cancel the order and got a prompt reply. It was a month trying to resolve this issue. Very poor customer service. If you risk it, order through Paypal so you at least have a leg to stand on when trying to get a refund. They are AWFUL!
