The only thing I didn't like is all the offerings at the end. Just tell me up front what would be recommended and why so that I can truly understand the total cost of incorporation.

i bought the top package and theres still thing that was left out why not included? i felt you kept nickel and diming me.

Was very easy and quick. Not fond of all the upselling like when you go to Verizon or McDonalds. Turnoff to me.

I didn't like how after I made a payment for the LLC then there was more stuff included for more payments

I think there was some articles within the package, that may have been extended into items that became a form of extra cost. In other words, there were some services that should have been automatically included in the package, for example the Good standing and state certification.

The upsell part is kinda annoying. It would be much more effective and less annoying in my opinion if you sent a simple email showing additional options.

So far so good. Easy to follow directed service. If the delivery process is as promised, I will update to 5 stars.

Too many add on similar to going through the Gift shop at the museum or doing business with Godaddy

Pretty easy to do. But as a new person to the procedures it gets a little complicated to understand exact needs without paying for things that you don't really need.

Overall decent experience but I was not happy about the $99 charge to be taxed as an S-Corp. It brings the cost of opening an LLC with Swyft Filings to about the same as your competitors, was not something that you charged for a few months ago, and is just plain obnoxious.

I'm about to talk to a representative for the first time so we will see. There are some things that I don't understand which hopefully I will get help on but so far so good

It was pretty easy to do, however, I don't like being asked for additional money after completing the order. It should be discussed up front. It makes one feel rushed to make a decision.

I liked the initial prices for the services but I didn't care much for the optional services, especially what was implied but not necessarily true by saying no to the offer.

This is my first of many entities I am creating as an investor. I chose to use this platform because I thought it was more economical than using an attorney services. However, to my Surprise, there were several additional add on's I didn't anticipate because it wasn't listed on the itemize list . Thus, when all added up, cost as much if not more then the alternative. Since I opted to purchase the premium package, I thought all of the essentials were already included, but that was not the case. I Think I will have an attorney construct my next Corporation.

Thought I was done two days ago disappointed in initial process was afraid I hit pay option too many times

Wish the hidden charges that were revealed later for additional services, were made available in the very beginning. For example: On landing pages, you ought to itemize all services and fees for each of them. As a new business forming individual, from your first page it appears that all it takes is the total that is displayed on the first page without any knowledge of other services that a new businessman may find necessary. It disappoints all to dish out more money than what was initially agreed upon, no matter how much you entice someone to buy more. If you provide a full list with price, an individual can review and pick and choose based on being an informed customer.

Unless something goes wrong that I am not aware of, this was a very easy and fast, way to form a simple LLC.

I'm not a big fan of "here's a complete package but wait, you need more". Also through the process of all the add-ons it was unclear when and how I would be billed for all the extras.

Got a little expensive after adding up everything. Very misleading in the front end of your advertising.

Too much money for it all which is not stated in original Package. Also I still have not received my items and it is 5 days now. I would have thought according to your Web site I should have had it by Wednesday and here it is Friday and still no package.
