I had previously experienced a problem with an order that had not been fulfilled. Apparently emails from the company were going into my spam filter, so I didn't see them trying to resolve the issue. After realizing that I hadn't received my previous order while placing another order, I negatively reviewed the previous order. They immediately reached out to correct the situation, and it's clear that they truly care for their customers. Thanks Swiss Knife Shop for restoring my faith in your fine business.
I placed my order on a Friday and it did not ship out until the following Thursday. That's 6 days from when I ordered it until it actually was on its way to me. UNACCEPTABLE! I won't be ordering again for sure. Too many other options.

If you are ever disappointed with some aspect, reach out to them. They really do seem to care and will work hard to make it right, even if it means that it might take a while for a reorder to come in from the manufacturer.

The SwissKnifeShop ended up having to place the items I had ordered onto back-order (this was around Christmas time). This honestly was not a big deal for me because, though it would have been nice to give the knives as Christmas presence, this was not the intent of the purchase. I let SwissKnifeShop know that once they contacted me about the back-order, but they still got my order out on time. I can not provide pictures because I had sent the knives to my nephews in another state and was not there for Christmas due to COVID.
Tip for consumers:
The customer service was pretty good. Only took about a day to get back to me and this what during Christmas time.

Swiss knife shop has everything for the Swiss Army knife enthusiast. Large selection, shipping options, and new genuine products. Unlike Amazon, you won't get knock offs or lose your shipment. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Look at the whole offering of brand knives. Their quick look up will often not include everything available. It could use use a little tweaking.

This is the third knife I have ordered over the past couple of years as each son ages into the responsibility of handling one. With the customization, I would have liked the option for black or white. The previous 2 knives came in black (my preference). This third knife came in white, which disappointed me, however I don't recall having an option of choosing or being asked.
Great knives. I'll keep coming back.
Parts showed up, but i didnt realze they were a brass finish. Originals were a silver color. I may have missed it in the description
Knives are the ting to do deeze days. And dis place is da Dope Show. So many knives... so little time.
The only problem was that what i wanted engraved was like 2 letters too long and would not let me continue on till i fixed it, so i had to settle for just getting my name engraved on it.
Took forever (it seems) but the order I placed January 6 was finally fulfilled about 3 weeks later. Hallelujah!
Remember the song, "Unforgettable You". So far you guys have delivered on you promises. Several other companies have not. DONT DISAPPOINT ME on future orders or you will be "Forgettable You" or referred to as "Unreliable You oo".
I like my new knife but its just not the same as my original. The unlock mechanism is now underneath by the blade where as the original had it conveniently located on the side of the handle for easy SAFE access.
Received my new leather holder for my Leatherman. Nice case, trouble with the snap staying closed.

Excellent price for the Mini Champ Knife I got in Switzerland two years ago and I lost in a car accident. Exactly the same engraving the other one had

Received parts in good order, parts fit as they should with mini Swiss knife. I would order from them again should I need parts.
Quality knife with quick delivery. The engraving lacks style... spacing seems off and font options are minimal.
