I Will Never Order Again From Swiss Colony Never Again There Compamy They Want A Double Payment For Next Month Because There Company Didn't Not Take Out There Payment For March. And I Have Been With This Company For 7 Years Any Never Missed A Payment. And I Figured My Bills For March Adding The Payment For Swiss Colony and It Also Connected With Tender Filet Both The Same Company. And My Credit Is Great I Just Get A Bill For April For A Double Payment! And I have Figured in My Income For March That My Payment Come Right Out Of Bank. ALL Ready Figured The Payment Being Taken Out. And The Company Or There Worker Or Computer System Took it Has Usual. Then I Get A Bill Today Want A Double Payment I Figured My Bills Every Month Want Come Out And Then What I Have Lift To My Self To Use. They Should Of Called Me After They Didn't See The Payment until Wanting For Next Month For Telling Me Something Might Of Whent Worng. There Customer Service Didn't Not Do A Thing About The Problem. Or The Bank Mangment. And I Would Pay Them For This Morth If They Would Pay The Over Daft Fee Cause I All Ready Figured The Payment Was Took Out Has Usual With Know Problem. I Am A Good Customer With Outstanding Credit. But The Manger Didn't Want To Work Something Out From There Mistake. And I Ask Them Do You Want To Loss A Good Customer The Mager Didn't Care If The Company's Did Or Not. They Just Said There Is Nothing They Can Do. And Another Thing Both Company Have The Same Thinngs. And Never On Time When You Order Or There Out Of Stock. Well Since The Manger Of The Bank Don't Care If They Loss A Great Customer. Well They Did. I Am Going To Pay Off My Bill. But I Will Never Work With Company's Don't Care About There Outstanding Customer. It Is No Loss To Me. I Would Just Suggest To Anyone Reading This Is That There Customer Care Dose Not Care About There Customer, Or That It Was There Fault That They Made The Mistake. I WOULDN'T Join This Company Unless You Want To Blaemd For There Mistake. And Talk To Manger Who Care Less About You Or Lossing You Has There Customer.
My mother has ordered from Swiss colony for probably 30 years. Recently after not ordering from them for years I did decide to send some food gifts to relatives. First order went through On December 4 and I patiently waited for a shipping confirmation but never received one. Anxious for an update regarding my aunts gift I called and to my dismay realized they couldn't fulfill that order and never bothered to email me. I was upset since it was close to the holiday but in good faith I reordered a new gift and even paid expedited shipping. Days later I receive an email letting me know the item had shipped but to the wrong address instead of to my aunt they sent it to me! Frantic I called into have them reroute the item or stop the shipment and refund it but they said they couldn't but that I would indeed receive a refund and that I could keep the mistake order to my house since they do not take food back all I had to do was simply call back Monday for my refund. On this same call I ordered yet another expensive present with expedited shipping to insure my aunt received a nice present in time. This was my third time trying to order for my aunt. Monday comes around and I call and not only do they refuse my refund they also told me I needed to send back the food rather than keep it even though they would be throwing it out. Ok so I can't have my refund and I can't have the food mistakenly sent to me that cost over $50? Dismayed I asked to speak to someone else in customer service. When I asked they instead dropped my call. Upset I called again being polite both times and again after explaining they hung up. Finally I call one more time and this time I'm disgusted and the woman on the line says if I want my refund I have to a: donate the item to a Salvation Army (in a pandemic I need to go there donate it, get proof of donation, fax that proof back to Swiss colony and patiently wait for those returned funds) or b. Sit home all day for UPS and refuse the package when it arrives and wait for the refund.
Worst company ever. I will make sure my entire LARGE family never orders from your company again. It's Christmas time and I spent over $150.00 in gifts and you made a true mistake and you won't make good on it. I would have never even bothered to order a third gift in good faith unless I knew I would have the mistake order refunded because I said on that call I don't have that sort of money to be shelling out on little cheeses and sausages but I was assured and of course that was a lie. Also, the last woman I spoke to even admitted her colleague lied to me! What kind of business are you guys running here?
