Bought a new swimsuit, went to Florida. Wore the suit once and while leaning against the side of the pool, my suit got ruined. I never had that happen with any suit and we go to same spot every year. I reached out to the company and was told they would give me a discount if I wanted to buy another one.

First of all I paid an extra 22.00 to get this item shipped in 2 days and it arrived in 6 days two days after I left for vacation. The suit is sized wrong. I have the exact same suit (brand and all) and it does not fit and they will not allow a return. They also dont answer the phone DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are awful to work with and clearly are not soing good business.

I ordered 2 swimsuits size 12. One of the items had the wrong size in the email confirmation I received. I called the company immediately and a customer service representative told me that because it was Australian size I should go with the size 14 and she changed both items to seize 14. I trusted her because I don't have any experience with Australian sizes. I received the items and they are too big. I called back to exchange them and I was told I can't exchange them. I talked to a supervisor Lori and she was extremely rude and didn't care that I went by what the customer representative told me. The supervisor told me to find someone to sell the items to and to call them back to place a new order with the right size. Terrible customer service.

Took a little longer to receive it than usual ( due to Coronavirus), but as soon as I notified them they called me & it was already in the mailbox. Great company with Excellent Customer Service.

This company is terrible! It's a total rip off. Ordered a swimsuit and the item was much too small, even though I ordered my typical size in a brand that I have been wearing for years. It was also not as pictured or as described, and they wouldn't let me return it. If you call customer service, you also can't speak to person unless you use the option to order. Total SCAM!

Had a hard to find swimsuit bottom to replace an old size. Also customer service was prompt to answer and helpful with returns needed! Thanks!

Do not order from Swimstyle! Sales are deceptive; sizes are deceptive too, so if you order a swimsuit in your usual size, but it doesn't fit, you can't return it... obviously not a bargain if you have to throw it away! This company is a SCAM.

I loathe trying on swimsuits in department stores. I took a chance with the above names online company because of their huge selection and return policy. I ended up purchasing two beautiful Miraclesuits that truly make me look ten pounds slimmer in my mature woman's middle. I look and feel younger thanks to Miraclesuit.

I ordered four pieces and they were all great quality. I still wanted to return a few (for reasons unrelated to quality) so I was happy that their customer service and return policies were great too.
