We ordered dress and it came the wrong color and they will not take it back. Lost around $150. Never purchase from them again.

Should have read these reviews before ordering the dress. It came in looking like a craft project rather than a prom dress. Customer service claims there is nothing wrong with the dress. Hoping to find out how to STOP them from further business.

I bought my daughter a dress for prom and it has been a horrible experience. The dress came out horrible! The beads were falling off, it was sewn crooked, you could see the stitching that should only be visible if the dress was inside out--very poor quality. I emailed them dozens of pictures and corresponded with them for several weeks back and forth. They would not honor their return policy. They actually told me, I could return the dress, and they would credit my account $14--mind you the dress was $169. Do not buy from this site!

Awful website, quality of the dress was so bad and they wouldn't let me send it back only 10% back, which isn't a lot at all! Don't go here.

I ordered a dress from Sweet Dressy for my daughters wedding. What a total disappointment. The dress looks like it has been made in some cheap backyard shed. It is so cheaply made, does not fit correctly and looks terrible. They are refusing to refund my money. Dont order off these people!

I have been looking around for idea for formal dresses. I stumbled across simply dresses and it popped up with live feed. Thought it seemed promising. Looking at the models I noticed most of them were from Sherri Hill. I asked the online service and all of a sudden it disappeared. Please don't trust this website.

My sister bought a dress from this site and the dress came out horrible. The color did not match, the beads were falling off, the sleeve edge was very rough and cut into your arm when you moved it. It was a very cheap version of the dress. I understand it cant be the exact same since it is made from scratch but it looked like they put very little time into making it. Do not buy from this site!

My wife ordered a sweet dressy, dress but if she had seen these reviews I am sure she would have gone elsewhere. We found the dress to be of amature workmanship with crocked seams, loose fit, and poorly executed bead work. The replies from customer service seemed to suggest that we shouldn't be as concerned with quality because the color and style were correct. That's when we gave up on returning the dress, and let them know we would share our experience. So we suggest it's better to shop elsewhere.

My mom paid 300$ for a dress from sweet dressy and it came out horrible! 5in too long and cheaply made! They would not return it or fix it and only way to contact them is threw e-mail. They said they would give her 30$ back n she could keep the dress! Really? We don't need a dress we can't use and 30$ out of 300$ ridiculous!

Pls no body should ever try from this site but i swear i will suit them and get my money back.
The dress is hurrible and i orderex my size but what i got was too small so much so that it could not zip up.
And all they tell you is just keep the dress and we will refund you 15%. Crazy. I did not do anything on rating because i neede a zero for rating.
The fabric is different what is on the web.
The sewing is dam hurrible and chap.
Pls pls pls no body should ever order from this site.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. I never write reviews but I had to for this. Absolute nightmare. The dress I ordered was not only expensive, but was trash. Sizing was not even close to what I ordered, the dress was trash, poor shipping. And once I asked for a refund (as it is 100% garunteed by them) they would not cooperate. At all. Then they ended up losing my dress. So I'm $350 down the hole, no dress, no money, and no patience.

The worst place ever to try to order a dress. If your going to order here please keep in my mind that your wasting your time and money dresses aren't anything like the picture of the dress you choose

DO NOT order from here... I sent in custom measurements taken by a local bridal shop & the dress is 3 inches to short & cannot zip up the back as the top of dress is TOO SMALL! Now I'm out $200 & have to go find a new dress!

This website is a disgrace! I ordered 2 dresses & neither of them look like the picture on the website, it's fraud! They are absolutely horrible & a total waste of money!

I BOUGHT A DRESS AND ITS TOTALLY FAKE IN COMPARING TO DRESS IN THE PICTURE. WHEN I QUESTIONED THAT THEY DENIED THAT THE DRESS IS DIFFERENT EVEN THOUGH ITS OBVIOUS DIFFERENT COLOR, DIFFERENT DESIGN POOR QUALITY AND DIFFERENT LENGTH. TOTALLY DIFFERENT DRESS. I REQUESTED THE ADRESS TO RETURN AND REFUND BUT REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE REFUND AND THE ADRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE POLICY IN PLACE FOR REFUND.

I ordered my dress on September 13th and recieved it on September 25th. Amazing quality. Perfect size, according to the chart. All gems and jewels were attached accordingly. Will be ordering from again!

Do not order from this site! It ships from China and the dress does not look like what was ordered. Terrible service and they will not refund, accept return, or communicate even though policy says that. DON'T DO IT!

The color was off, the sizing was way too small, the embroideries were a joke, and they refuse to refund all my money take there ugly excuse for a dress back, and they threatened that if you do choose to refund for half price and pay heavy shipping fees, "the product may be lost on the way".
