I ordered new merchandise and I received used filthy dirty merchandise and contracted a skin irritation. When I notified the vendor i got a runaround, asking that i provide proof that the goods were sent to me dirty. I had just received the parcel. How exactly can a customer prove that it was shipped used? When I called the CSR and the Supervisor both were very not willing to replace the order, are incapable of resolving a simple issue and it reflects poorly on SVP Sports and the owners.

Don't shop at SVP Sports, you will get a headache! The Customer service is inexistent!!

Too bad I cannot pick a Negative Star review for these clowns. SVP they are a bunch of clowns with Terrible customer service. I purchased some stuff online from them my order was confirmed on November 26/2023 with instructions for pickup at their store. Well today is December 05/2023 and my order is still not ready for pickup. They advertised a order pickup timeline of 2-5 days and its past with NO email confirming order is at their store for pickup. I called their customer service 3 times and all I got was BS apologies nothing else. They took my money on November 26 and still have not confirmed ready for store pickup. This company and their Customer Service staff are a bunch of clowns providing only excuses. Do yourself a fovour and buy you stuff from another company DO NOT buy from SVP.
