I simply love this site. The surveys are exciting, and customer service is always very kind and compassionate, and they send payments lightening fast, and answer emails within a day or two. Sometimes the surveys are a little hard, but just hang in there, there are always more surveys to do. Take your time and have patience, it will be well worth your time. Have a wonderful day 😊.
I would give a zero if I could. As soon as you are right about to reach 500 points and get paid, they will, without any notice, just shut down your account. This is after spending so much time doing surveys and often not getting the points for them as they say you do not qualify. What? After doing a survey? This is a Sham. Actually Fraud.
Far too many times I have been kicked out of surveys after spending 15 plus minutes filling out answers. Not to mention the surveys I finished and then get an error code and don't get paid. There is no customer service. If you think you're going to make a living off of this you are wrong.

I've been using Branded Surveys for about a month and so far they have blocked my account TWICE for literally no reason. I only noticed after seeing that I was not receiving any surveys for a couple of days and the redeem option was not available, and when I reached out to them both times about it they said that their "inaccurate" "systemic blocks" have accidentally blocked my account. Seriously?! I live in Canada and I never use a proxy but they keep blocking me. Super annoying but the only upside to this site is how fast their payout is, received the first one in 1 day and just requested the second one, lets see how it goes

I really like the surveys but I noticed that some of them waited tol I was finished completing the survey or after completing the survey said that surveys fill up fast. This is a bit unfair. I have done surveys where you did not give me credit for completing the survey and called and emailed you but got no response. Some surveys gave me less points after still getting my information like 1-3 points after spending time on them. Please fix this thank you

Don't mind doing repetitive surveys, but when you get to the end of a looooong one and then it tells you it's full!? Frustrating! Should say up front.
This survey site is alright but it doesn't pay very well. It took me doing 21 surveys to make $13.50 CAD. You can imagine how much time that took out of my life (average survey is 15 mins on here so it took 3 hours and 15 minutes to make $13.50. That's the equivalent of making $4.28 an hour. If you don't mind that then this site it okay! Myself I closed my account after calculating that.

I have been doing Branded Surveys for over three months now. There have probably been 33% of occasions where I have worked on a survey for more than half of the time allotted. Meaning if a survey is for 15 minutes I have worked for seven minutes and then been rejected as this survey is full or you don't meet the qualifications for this survey. I do not think that this is a great way to procure the services of those that are trying to complete surveys. Therefore I cannot recommend them. They do have an option for your survey to be reviewed but generally speaking if it is a survey that is 100 points or more they do not approve any kind of dispute.

I have had no trouble doing the surveys and accumulating points but was disappointed that i couldnt redeem the points unless i had a mobile phone. My niece had to put her number in for me to get my money. I read the critic- i had that experience with other programs- i dont know what i did wrong and they discontinued my membership. I have had no problems with surveys here. Thank you for the prize money!

I climbed to Gold quickly but I had to do a lot of low point surveys. Every time I click on a high point survey and go halfway through it, it says survey is full or I'm not fit for survey. I haven't done a payout yet but we'll see.

It's true surveys can fill up rather quickly. You'll always be routed to the next available match!
Have been with them for about a month. First payout went fine. Many times I do a complete survey and then at the end it tells me survey full or not a match, site not safe or I lose connection. Complained several times and was awarded some points. Next time they ignored me.
I signed up to Branded Surveys to make a little extra cash as I'm currently not employed. I did about 15 surveys in the first few days, and made about $12. That equates to roughly $3-4 per hour, and not nearly the amount that they lead you to believe that you can earn. Most of the time when I get email notifications that more surveys are available, it ends up that they have no more available surveys, saying that 'surveys fill up fast'. It's just a tiny bit of cash for a lot of work, so it's definitely not for everyone.
I have surveys where I am finished after 20 and it gets hung and when you try to refresh it deletes all the answers you have put in and so you don't get paid for it. This has happened to me 3 times already and you have no recourse and nobody to complain to in order for the issue to be resolved. Also, you could be 15 minutes into a survey and suddenly you are being told that you no longer qualify when you could have been told this at the beginning of the survey.

Haven't had too much trouble with them — tons of surveys, easy payouts, etc.
The only thing is once you start taking surveys, the more aggressive their emails become as they Implore you to 'come on back' for more. I mean like 15-20 per 24 hour period, telling you how 'they're waiting' & how you must 'hurry' & you don't want to 'miss out' — silly stuff like that, but super hectic & annoying.
Plus, the thing I hate the most is how you begin a survey & answer the same first few questions, again & again & again, before you find out it's full or you're not qualified to take that survey. I wish they did a better job screening them for you, or matching you up with them. After awhile of entering my race, gender, & so on, I get pissed & have to log out.

I've been doing surveys with branded for a little over a year. And I always made sure to leave a review good or bad because most people only leave reviews when they are bad. I've only left good reviews because I have had great experiences with branded... until recently. I'm so disappointed to have to write this review. For the past 2 months have been the worst. I have only been qualify 1 survey out of 10. This is so surprising because I usually qualify for at least half or more in the past. And it's more frustrating when you are on the survey for more than 5-10 minutes and they say oops this wasn't a match for you. What do you mean, I've already have all the info you needed. And I've even completed some and never received credit for it. And last what drew the line is when it's showing I'm 99% done and BOOM you didn't qualify or "surveys fill up quick"! I'm so disappointed

I find that quite a few surveys have you answer questions but then disqualify you at or close to the end. It feels a bit like theft. They get your time and information buy you get no compensation.

I have been asked the same quest ions over and over. Only to get to the survey, and it says I'm not a fit or survey is full. I've completed one survey in 3 hours. BOO not a good site!

While we try to match you to surveys based on your profile - our partners still ask you a set of qualifying questions. We do realize that these can be repetitive and apologize for the frustration.
I have been a customer and survey taker with Branded for three years. Since reconnecting, I find that surveys are always full. Also, more often than not I don't qualify for mist surveys. I believe the surveys target certain income classes and discrimination against certain races or political affiliations are used.

This site has good surveys. At the beginning I had so many surveys that I quickly reached gold level. So the next test was how fast was a payout. The payout was with 24 hours. Which is pretty excellent in my opinion. However once I took the payment, the surveys that I qualify for have dropped significantly. So use this site build up a big payout, take it, and then start a new account. Cause you have access to more surveys, when you don't payout
I'm glad I found Branded Surveys, because I have been looking for a legit site where you earn money for completing surveys although every link I would click on turned out to be a scam. This site is legit and you do really earn point to cash out for money or gift cards. I just wish there were more surveys that I could complete to make as much money as possible.

Rather depressing. If I can get all the way through a 100 point survey I feel lucky. I'll keep doing surveys, but my time is really worth more than the payout.
Most of the time this is a good site. You don't get paid much for your time, but that's something you already know going into it. But this is the second time I have answered a significant number of questions for a significant period of time, then was told that I "didn't qualify", and I got no points (money). This is irritating and discouraging. I don't know how often or when this will happen. Otherwise, it has been reliable.

On several occasions after 20 or more minutes the survey will not go the the next page, causing to have to go back to the dash board without compensation. Also you get redirected a lot to other surveys and have to answer the same questions. And in almost all cases they take a lot longer to finish then time listed when you start the survey
