When you finish a survey you are redirected to another one and caught in a loop. Stay away, they are wasting your time!

This app used to be good not worth it anymore. Surveys pay way less and are more longer than they used to. Also hate the way you have to verify everything now including phone number and ID and a photo of you. Didn't need to do that before. This app is Going downhill

I tried 10 surveys and was t eligible for any of them. One of which took 10 minutes to find that out. Not worth it. I can make more money planning a new endeavor over sitting on my couch making Pennie's a minute. Lame! I'm ashamed of myself.

Here is the good. They past faster than most surveys sites on the net - immediately! And for the most part you can find lots of surveys. However, if you encounter an issue and need to reach customer service - good luck. Each time I try to get an issue resolved, I get unhelpful responses. I have to send 2 to 3 messages before I get an educated and beneficial answer. Use the site with the hope you never have to use Customer Service.

You are wasting your time if you join and do these reviews. There are plenty of other sites much better than this that actually give you the money you deserve for answering questions. Plenty of times you start a survey and complete it and then it says you get 3 silly pennies. I just wasted 20 minutes and it just did it again. No way would I go back to this. Is just not worth your time.

After being inactive for 2 months, I decided to complete some surveys. I qualified for the first one I clicked on. After giving answers of a paragraph or more, uploading 4 different pictures it asked me to google and then answering more lengthy answers, I finally reached the end. I clicked submit and it said "we are sorry you did not qualify, this survey filled up." And it gave me 2 cents for trying. I spent over 30 minutes giving honest answers, uploading pictures and more. I believe my answers were recorded and airbnb benefited. Instead of compensating me the amount I was promised, I received 2 lousy cents.

This has happened to many so many times over the years causing me to use Survey Junkie less and less. My time is worth more than 2 cents and do are yours.

They lure you in with a promise of points. You take the WHOLE survey sharing your personal information, and at the end they say - sorry, you did not qualify, here are 2 points for you. Or say "Sorry, the survey is already filled up". I will never use it again, and will close the account.

I signed up for Survey Junkies thinking it would be a lot like inboxdollars.com. I was very wrong. I took a survey that was posted as ten minutes but lasted for fifteen. Then after I finished the survey I received 0 points as I was told I did not qualify. Contacted customer service and was told they needed the survey number. All surveys in your history do not have numbers. Inboxdollars lets you report problems from your history page so they already have the survey info. Very disappointed in Survey Junkies.

I actually used to do well on survey junkie. Lately I can't get anything! I've come tot he point where I've given up and have found much better survey sites.

I am new to the whole survey-taking-for-rewards universe, so I can't speak to how it used to be. But, based on my current experience (last 2-3 weeks), this is some messed up stuff! When you sign up, they ask for a lot of personal information-including email and phone. I opted NOT to offer up my cellphone number, but did include my email. Since I have been "working", I receive at least 10 spam emails a day-sometimes more, from 3rd parties who bought my contact info from various survey sites. I am very thankful I didn't provide a phone number-otherwise, my phone would be ringing all day. Survey Junkie is actually one of the better sites, as they do actually pay out rewards when eligible. If you are debating whether or not this is a good side hustle, it is not.

There is nothing worse than taking 20-30 min of your time, getting to the end of a long survey, only for it to glitch at the very end and force you to "abandon survey." This has happened to me at least once a day, sometimes more often, with Survey Junkie.
I decided to try this as a way to make a little (very little) money to support my Starbucks habit. I'm watching TV and on my phone anyway, so I may as well turn a profit. However, my time is NOT free, and these surveys get you to the end, after you've done the work for them, and then you don't even get the measly 85 cents they promised. Extremely frustrating.

After being scammed out of points when honestly completing surveys, I now answer each and every survey as dishonestly as possible. It's much more fun this way!

This is definitely a good way to earn a little bit of money. The problem that I have encountered has been a problem with the surveys. I start a survey and get through 3/4s of the survey and am then told that I didn't qualify. I have also completed several surveys and due to some sort of "glitch" I never received payment.
They also have a promotion where if you complete 3 surveys worth 20 + pts.,7-8 days in a row you will earn a bonus $5. I have hit the three day mark and then stopped receiving very many surveys. The few I have received, again, send me to the survey and after spending the time to almost complete, it kicks me out and says I didn't qualify,

Save yourself the headaches, the high blood pressure and the ultimate disappointment that ensues with this survey site. All the other 1 star ratings are not wrong. Only the handful of positive reviews (from company employees) are as misleading as the site itself. There is nothing whatsoever to recommend with surveryjunkie...Sadly, the more you put in the less you get for it.

At least 3 out of 5 surveys after answering a bunch of questions, they come back and tell you that you don't qualify for this survey and give you 2-3 points instead of the 45 or more points that it offered originally. I think they are scamming people to do the surveys and not giving the published amount of points. I don't trust them.

Hello, We joined Survey Junkie and created an account. We did surveys all day long. We only earned $3.25 for hours of work. The next day my account was no longer working and we used the correct password. Survey Junkie said it was the incorrect password. We elected forgot password but they did not send us anything. We think Survey Junkie is junk! You can never earn much money doing their surveys and they kept our earnings too! This is a scam game!

The surveys often will take you through several minutes of questions before it says you don't qualify. Or you will complete the entire survey and receive the message; sorry this survey is full. Or, you'll complete the entire survey after reading all of the questions and being totally honest with your answers, and you'll receive the message; sorry it didn't work out, be sure to take your time and be truthful with your answers. It's like they penalize you for being a speedy reader, and I find it very insulting to insuate that I wasn't being truthful. It is really difficult to make any meaningful amount of money with these surveys. But if you enjoy taking surveys and aren't in it for the money, maybe this would be a good way to pass your time.

First, it sucks. Out of 10 surveys, you MIGHT get 2 finished. You will start a survey and most of the time you will almost finish and it will disqualify you. Now, they say you weren't honest but check out other reviews and see. Junkey Survey has a way to get your answers and opinions then disqualify you. Yes, you will finish 1 in 8 surveys but you are giving them all the information they want on the disqualification surveys. You would be better off volunteering some where for free. At least they will give you a buck or two for you help when finished.
