The worst online seller and I do a lot of online purchasing. Overpriced accessories that must be bought in order to purchase camera at listed price. LIES! You can't purchase the camera if you don't buy the accessories, which are lousy. They sent me a "new" camera that was clearly refubrished and did not charge. Never do business with them.

Oops made a mistake. SupremeCamera.com is NOT great. It's horrible. Site jabber is great. SupremeCamera.com is the absolute worst. It's a total bait-and-switch scam. Ordered Canon G11 camera at very reasonable $369 in Nov. A saleman called me and wanted me to buy 10 accessories. When I didn't, my order went on backorder. They strung me out until March, then when I called they said it wasn't available, but then also tried to sell it to me for $200 more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CLOWNS!

I ordered a Canon camera, it came in 48 hours. They wanted me to buy a list of accersories. I did buy a camera charger. They sent me the wrong one. I told them, they sent the correct one after I sent them the old unit.
I paid $100 for the charger on Supreme, found it online for $20, what a difference. Thanks goodness the camera works great as well as the charger.
Make sure you do your homework

I agree with the comments about Supremecamera.com STAY AWAY from them! I hate to admit I was taken. I was overcharged for a lot of no name camera accessories. If I was to return I would have paid over $300 since they charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping. I also received the run around and when I wanted to return. I am not even sure the warranty is real, not to mention I have to worry about that they will sell my contact information. Buy from a reliable source like B&H. If an item is priced too good to be true it is! I feel I should write this review so others are not taken.

Well its honestly the $#*!tiest customer service i have ever seen and judging by the reviews of other places it just seems really $#*!ty i put in an order for a great package (or what looked great) then called the company blah blah blah and he kept on trying to get me to buy the DELUXE package because he was surprised that i "didnt order the battery charger" what kind of package is missing the charger of the standard battery? Then he proceeded to tell me that i have to get the deluxe package because it includes the American version of the camera... he told me the one i ordered would come with its menus in Malaysian (awesome!) haha then after he started getting mad at me he said i need to research my camera a little more i before i buy it and canceled my order without me asking (thank god) the only good part is they sent me an email confirming my order has been canceled. Don't ever buy from this place its 100% bull$#*!
