Charged me for shoes then said they were out of stock. Issued no refund then scammed my visa for money on other things. Complete fraud and should not be allowed to do business in Canada.

Placed an online purchase in April 2011. Item was not available but credit card was charged. Made several attemps to get the charge reversed but this was completely ignored. Even worse, the transaction posted to credit card was identified as Chinese Painting Hanghzou. Complete fraud!
