Hotels or restaurants do not care if you have documents stating that your dog is a certified ESA. They can and will deny you. We unfortunately had to learn the hard way.

Documents were delayed due to a Support pets system error that I was not aware of for a few days. I contacted customer service and was assured the error was being found/investigated. ESA documents requested by my landlord were overdue so I was upset about that however, the customer service I received from Russell amongst others contributed to my decreased stress and anxiety (shout out to them!) Eventually, the documents were found and sent over. Thank you Support team!

I chose support pets to have my dogs certified as my ESAs. This company was very quick, had a brief questionnaire to fill out about my condition and the turnaround time for me receiving my documents was as they promised. I've taken my one dog with me to a store recently with her special vest on and it was a pleasant experience. Being able to bring her with me helps a lot and Support Pets made that happen.

Registered my pet as ESA, I don't regret it at all. Support Pets has the fastest way to register your pet as an ESA. The customer service attention is exceptional. After agreeing and paying the initial fee, the selling becomes pushy and insulting. When I said no to one it forced me to respond with "No my pet isn't that important to me." What a horrible thing to say! Being on social security there's only so much I can afford. How insulting! If I hadn't already completed the initial purchase, I would have cancelled the whole thing. Then you want me to refer a friend?!?! Not after that. I love my dog. Shame on you.

I just moved into a new apartment and they required a down payment for any pets. The apartment had also changed managements and so did their pet policy. I was stressed out and thought a process like this was going to take time until I was recommend to contact you guys. You guys made the process so easy and stressed free. Receiving my documents via email and mail in a fast manner was very impressive and professional.

I don't know if you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get your paperwork through a doctor but I feel like this service was more expensive than I would've thought. I didn't end up getting my paperwork until I paid 2 separate amounts so I considered if it was a scam or not, but I'm the end I got what I ordered, and it was thoughtfully prepared. They also called me when my email was mistyped and solved that problem with me asap.

Y’all actually called me to fix a mistake in my email address and that was nice that the problem was resolved so easily.

I like how this service is available for people like myself so I don't have to always explain myself. I can just show them his documents and id card, an away we go... The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars because last year was difficult for me to move in my apartment without paying for my pet to live with us, was because then I give the leasing office all his information to contact u guys. It was said that the doctor that was on his forms wasn't a legit vest physician. I had a hard time going back and forth with them about this.

They helped me recognize my keys as ESA's in no time! Where it took me years of paperwork and no action from my therapist, support pets was able to help me in less than a few weeks. I have DID, PTSD, and so much anxiety...but my cat's help me so much...and I was drowning in pet feed and stressed/triggered about the cost of rent when my fur babies were a needed part of my life! Now I have less anxiety over bills because they are finally seen as ESA's

I got on here because I was needing my best friend to be able to go with me and stay with me. Support pets guided me through the process online in a user-friendly format. That means a lot when you're older and not as computer savvy.

We went this route to save a very handsome American Bulldog from the pound. I didn't have the funds to also cover the pet deposit and pet rent every month. This ensured he can come home NOW and not run the risk of him being euthanized before we could get everything together. He has a lot of training to still go through before he acts like an ESA/Service animal but we're well on our way!

My landlord won't accept the document. Says it has to be from a therapist or a psychiatrist. Not a Medical Doctor. So I guess I just wasted over $100.00 dollars.

The process of making my dog an esa was much simpler than i initially thought it was. Im hoping to move in the new year and ive been met with a lot of places in my budget that dont allow pets so this is a great way to help me stay in budget and have my best friend with me. Quite a lot of places that do allow pets where i live also charge pet rent, pet fees & extra security deposits so having him as an esa i can save myself some money and live somewhere nice.

Process to certify my two cats as ESA was easy online. The support needed to get docs edited or accommodation letters created was very responsive and caring. Thank you so much for helping make this emotional process a breeze!

Fast & efficient. All documents arrived neatly in folder. I did not realize the approval is only valid for 1 year and will need to be renewed.

Waiting for larger size vest. Will be happy to return unused vest that doesn’t fit my dog

My issues were resolved

I have assurance that my beloved pet will be allowed to accompany me at restaurants, housing, etc. She is more than a pet, she's my best friend and only family. Thank you, Support Pets for making both our lives easier.

I did not give a lower rating because I have utilized the service before and it was seamless.

However, my recent experience was cumbersome and incomplete, as I have not received the documents, and additional ID cards and lease in the mail as of yet. It has been over a month since I've place my order and it took two weeks for the electronic documents to come in (and may have been longer if I didn't file a support ticket)

Somewhat, I received my electronic documents one week after contacting them, though I have yet to get the rest of my items in the mail. My apartment requires that I provide this paperwork and it was a cumbersome experience to say the least.

Pleasant and over all a fun experience. I loved working with this company and plan on using you guys for my other dog
