10 days passed my product was not shipped. I wanted to cancel 3 days later shipped and said it would not be canceled. Terrible.

Quality products. Orders spotty on receiving. Online chat stalls. Auto Shipping label cut at order and shipment never gets to FedEx. Two months out from order and still not received; credit card charged immediately upon order.

The company has great prices, and on bizratesurveys.com, they have a 7.8 rating (from 657 reviews). Not the greatest, but I thought I'd give it one try. Just placed my first order on Sunday Feb. 16. I sent a note w/ order requesting to please ship on Monday if at all possible - urgently needed items. Called Monday & was told orders processed & should go out that day. On Wed., tracking # still showed Fedex had not received package. Contacted company & was told "we shipped it by common carrier, who will give it to Fedex. You will receive your order next week." Chat agent was unfriendly, unapologetic and would not give name of "common carrier" (for which there was no tracking number or way to contact). Agent tried to make this my fault for choosing free shipping. Their website says that the free shipping option takes 3 to 10 business days. Since we are both on the east coast (MI and TN), that should mean 3 to 4 days for me, but they are telling me now that it will be 7+ business days. I'm writing this on Thursday, and the tracking # still shows that Fedex does not have the package. I have been ordering from a LOT of online companies for many years (I'm 65), and (with exception of one other company, who I seldom use) they all deliver within 3 to 4 days, EVEN WITH FREE SHIPPING. Because of this company's poor attitude and slow shipping, I do not recommend them at all.

My first order arrived perfectly and so I tried to order the same product for a second time. It arrived promptly but it was the wrong product (it was similar), I thought I made and error and just dealt with it. For my third order the wrong product arrived *again*. I double checked that I didn't make and error and tried to get in contact with them. The live chat seemed extremely helpful but the return label was never sent after five (5) attempts to get it resolved. Still trying to get it sorted out but all the hassle is ridiculous for a misrepresented product on their end.

I received my product, so that's a plus, but it took 18 days. I think that's a bit ridiculous, especially since they advertise 2 to 7 business days. There absolutely impossible to reach by phone, so I think that's kind of scandalous. Also they don't reply to emails. You can contact them by chat, but that's to robotic for my taste. They kept telling me the same thing it's delayed in transit, or giving me different dates when it would arrive. I feel bad for them, they need to work out the bugs in there system and get usps on there side more. The company is real, you will receive you item. Just when. Sadly I got 5 items from amazon before I got this. Unless by crossing on Google I see a product so cheap I want to wait a month to get it, I won't be returning, sorry
