I received fig molasses, not the ordered fig vinegar.
I received a stale package of crackers. Not good.
One rose water leaked.
One item was deleted with no explanation. Packaging was very well done.

Everything was great with the order, but the packaging of the bottles was heavily reliant on bubble wrap. Lots of it. Which, considering its glass bottles, is better than the alternative (broken product). However, it would be great if they used something more environmentally friendly because I'm going to be ordering a lot of these bitters.
