It's been a couple of years since I ordered anything from them, but they're the first place I go when I run out of Brioschi. Of course, I always like to pick up extra items as well. They ship fairly quick, and items are ALWAYS packed with great care.

The shopping experience seemed easy, but the coupon code that I received only a minute before I made the purchase was rejected. I checked it again and re-entered it and again it was rejected. They sent me a code that couldn't be used. So, I didn't get the discount they promised. I had to pay the full price.

I have ordered several times. This particular time I was unable to track my shipment. I reached out to customer service and they went out of their way to make sure I was able to track my order. Shakirah was AMAZING!
