I had to return a defective product. Superhero Stuff was great! They promptly exchanged the product. I would buy from them again!
So I ordered 3 hats and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay shipping to send it back to them for the exchange no biggie. That was like 2.5 weeks ago. I've called twice and both times they have told me that they only have one employee doing returns this time of year… and she'll get to it when she gets to it… but your stuff from anywhere else bc anywhere else give free return shipping and much faster turnaround. And more than one employee doing returns during the holidays.
I ordered from this shop from time to time and I'm never disappointed! The quality of fabrics is great, I brought a zip up hoodie there 6 years ago and it's still good as new. I had a problem with my last order and the team behind the shop was so nice, really helpful and quick to react my problem was solve in least than two days ( knowing that I'm ordering from France so there is adifferent time zone). Really a fantastic online shop, truly recommend! Xx

Not only are their products made of excellent quality and perfectly designed, their customer service is probably the best I've ever seen. Its been years since I ordered from them and they still immediately responded to my messages and resolved my issue within the next day, that's quality service right there! This is a great place to get a variety of products from your favorite superhero franchises. They offer things like apparel, collectable merchandise and accessories. You can choose from a wide range of franchises from the Marvel and DC universes. Plus, there are other franchises you can purchase things from, like The Legend of Zelda, Mega Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars and various anime franchises. All in all, it is a awesome place for pop culture enthusiasts. I have personally made a purchase with them before and had a great experience. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Been shopping online at SHS for years and never had a bad experience. The customer service team is amazing and quick at responding and letting you know that they don't have something in stock and quick to either refund you or ship you something in lieu of what you wanted. The merch is well made and is durable. The US post office lost a large order of mine a few years ago and they even shipped out a new order ASAP! Can't say enough about them. But I will be ordering again :)

Amazing and wonderful service! The fast service of receiving the package! The only thing was very difficullt was to choose something from their site because Theo have EVERYTHING!
The order I placed arrived in a very timely fashion, and was very nice quality. Due to no fault of their own, the item was slightly defective, so I reached out to customer service and within only a couple hours they agreed to send a replacement out at no cost to myself. Excellent customer service is an understatement!

I ordered a watch from these guys, but unfortunately it got stolen off of my porch. I just got another green lantern hat by new era, this time in black, with a glow in the dark logo. It has John Stewart on the inside lining which is awesome. I late night ordered a shirt I couldn't afford after getting a coupon code, and had buyers remorse this morning. Customer service cancelled my order for me,(as it wasn't fulfilled yet) and I immediately got a paypal refund. I was very thankful for their prompt help. Great customer service experience.

I have ordered from them more than once, and my last order apparently got lost on it's way...
Their customer support replied very kindly and not too long after I made contact on the matter.
They right away checked with the courier for me, and once it was clear the package's location and status is unknown, they helpfully offered me either a reshipment or a refund. I chose the reshipment, and I believe I will be glad I did so, as in the past their products always turned out to be of quality!
I am sure to order from them again in the future.

The greatest place to go if you want to show support for your favorite Galactic Empire or if you want to be comfortable in some superhero themed socks! I first hit the sight looking for a new hat and found a treasure trove of everything from Marvel to Star Trek and found several hats that I didn't know that were out there. Been a customer ever since they had the Death Star Engineering hat and have been singing their praises whenever I can. Though one small gripe: if you have your eye set on something in a certain size, just go ahead and go for it. Cause the next time you go and get whatever, it might not be in that size next time. I'm still waiting for some Green Lantern gear to get restocked hopefully soon. But other that that my overall grade for them is: 10/10, will shop again!

If an item takes a little longer to get to you it might be because it's being shipped by another vendor associated with the store. I thought an item was forgotten about before it was shipped but it's just taking a little longer to be delivered.

I received a Deadpool umbrella and socks for my b day. I love them! Yes, the umbrella sleeve comes with a cross body shoulder strap ;) The socks are great quality and fit, the open/close mechanism on the umbrella is easy to use - no fighting to close it. Didn't know about this site, but will bookmark from now on.

My Springer Spaniel gets many a compliment when he wears his marvel superhero collar I purchased from you over 4 years ago... The clasp is great and it's still going strong so I've ordered another as there is nothing the same quality here in the uk. Good price too so with the postage from USA to UK it's still a good deal.

This was my first time ordering from this website. I accidentally messed up the address during checkout and didn't notice until I saw that the package was sent back to the seller. I emailed their customer service and they got back to me that same day. They told me what I had to do to fix the problem, it was very quick and painless and they re-sent it with the right address this time.
